Used to love going here but they lost a customer tonight.
They were very stingy with the Oreo in my blizzard you could barely see any and I told the lady I was unhappy and I’d like to speak to a manager
Without even seeing my problem he defended the worker even though she clearly admitted to adding more ice cream which means it wasn’t blended correctly.
And when I said they had done right in the past but not tonight and I was disappointed and probably wouldn’t be back he quickly suggested I don’t come back.
Therefore I also suggest no one eats here but try sonic or Mcdonald instead since they are so rich they don’t care about just making a simple concession for a customer.

I went to this one since it wasn’t too far from where I work. All of the other locations in Memphis are now too out of the way. Plus, I hadn’t had DQ in some years and I wanted a chocolate covered strawberry blizzard. Getting my food was fairly quick, but the guy at the window (gave the impression of being a manager) didn’t do the flip when he handed me the blizzard. Did you guys stop doing this? Later, when I finally sat down to enjoy it, I got about halfway through the medium I purchased only to discover that the mix-ins didn’t go any further into the product. Very disappointing. I threw the rest away. Do better DQ.

Absolute rip off. $21 for a small blizzard, tiny cheese curds and a 3 inch chicken sandwitch. Refused to give us a cup of water, but then charged another dollar for a cup of ice.

People was rude. Took 10 min to do two ice creams and they wasn’t busy. We ordered hot fudge and got chocolate sauce, had to wait an additional 10 min for the hot fudge and didn’t even get much hot fudge. Definitely was NOT worth it!

The food is good but if you go through drive through make sure you check your food to make sure it’s all there and make sure you have your napkins ketsup sauces because they will ask you to pull up and you can ask them to put those things in the bag but when you get it it won’t be there

It was 840pm and since they close at 9pm was told there grill is closed and have no burgers at all in store. They said only have chicken and ice cream. I did not even get dr pepper ordered either I dont believe that and expect owner to contact me and to refund for terrible service. Do better this why only place consistent service is Chick fila!
