This Chick-fil-A runs like a well-oiled machine. The service is quick, the staff actually seems happy to be there (a rare and beautiful thing), and my order came out perfectly fresh, and exactly right. The drive-thru area was spotless, even during the lunch rush.
On top of that, everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, not the forced “my pleasure” you sometimes get elsewhere. They made the whole stop feel easy. If you’re passing through Tallahassee and need something reliable, clean, and delicious, this location delivers.

Entered the line with 15-20 minutes until the end of breakfast and ended up placing a drive thru order since I couldn’t leave the line at this point and I assumed breakfast would end without my order going through. After waiting for a total for 40/50 minutes I couldn’t get the food I ordered, 30 of those minutes were spent after I placed my online order, and was still stuck in line. I probably had 4/5 cars between me and the drive thru box. Honestly the slowest location I’ve been to especially while having two drive thru lines

I placed an order and after 40 with no updates called and was told that they were waiting on a driver and that it would be there within 10 min. 25-30 min pass and still no updates. So I called again, I got the same answer as last time. I had to leave for work so ended up having to cancel the order. Now I’m going into a 7 hour shift with no food. Thank you for this. Don’t go to this location.

Food is always LUKE earn at best. The line is ALWAYS long and slow. They don’t do military discounts, even while in uniform, nor do they participate in veterans days. Chick Fil A is certainly going down hill.

At some point, we have to stop blaming everything on inflation and call a spade a spade. A chicken breast, three grape tomatoes and a third of an egg is worth $10 in no world. Especially when the price has gone up and the portions down. Then they couldn’t be bothered to do anything with the breast. It was remade, so I got more lettuce, but I promise CFA don’t have to worry about me anymore.

BEWARE & check your stuff…….This place literally has me losing respect for the Chick-fil-A brand! I came here to treat my daughters to lunch. Went through the drive through and ordered them both the spicy chicken sandwich meals; one with a vanilla milkshake and the other with a lemonade. We get to our next destination and my daughter has drank halfway through her milkshake and there’s MULTIPLE strands of hair throughout her shake. She was entirely disgusted, as was my husband and I. I tried calling, sending them a message on Instagram, and couldn’t get an answer or response. I even sent an email to the “Care team” which has proved to be useless. This is unsanitary, unacceptable, and definitely not something I’d expect from CFA!

Of course Chick-fil-A is awesome, but what I love about this location is that they truly have two lines. No need to merge. Food is what you expect and service is amazing. Be careful if trying to park and dine in.
