Great experience thanks to Darvon.Had dinner at Chili’s after shopping and honestly, Darvon made the night smooth from start to finish. He greeted us right away, gave us an excellent drink suggestion, and kept the energy high. You could tell he knew the menu well. Margarita was tasty! my Sister tried the spooky cocktail that Darvon suggested and she really loved it even though it was a little sweet for me.Our food came out just right, and he double checked everything without us having to ask and they hooked me up with extra dipping sauces. We loved our server who was consistent and attentive without overdoing it. If you go, definitely hope you get Darvon he’s one of those servers who makes the whole visit feel effortless.

Darvon is hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had.
From the moment we sat down, Darvon made the experience feel welcoming, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and professional without ever being overbearing. You can tell right away when someone actually cares about the people they’re serving — and Darvon definitely does.
Our drinks were always full, our Fajitas came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and he checked in at the perfect times without interrupting the flow of our meal. He knew the menu well and gave great recommendations, which made ordering simple and stress-free.
And on top of the great service, the Chili’s food at this location was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you come here. Everything from the appetizers to the main dishes was spot on, which made the whole experience even better.
What really stood out was Darvon’s attitude. Even when the restaurant was busy the day after Christmas he stayed calm, upbeat, and focused on making sure we had a great experience. That kind of service is rare these days, and it made a huge difference.
Highly recommend asking for Darvon if you’re there!

We celebrated our son Isaac’s birthday yesterday and OSCAR and the two young runner ladies did such a fantastic job besides taking these photos and made sure everything was great!. He was also kind enough to bring a small birthday cake for my son and also had the whole crew to come and sing happy birthday.

We ordered shrimp pasta, chicken pasta and a sirloin steak. The shrimp was very good, and the pasta was properly cooked with good creamy sauce. The steak was ordered medium rare, but served rare; still edible so we didn’t say anything. The atmosphere was standard Chilis, fun decorations and music playing. Service was adequate. Overall, a nice visit.

Food was how you expect it would be. Tenders were crispy, the sandwiches (burger not in photo) were huuuge and tasted good. Serving was huge. Place was clean and temperature of room just right, music were adult and kid friendly. Our server was nice and always smiling Male manager was out table touching too! You wont see managers out like that on other branch.

Dined here tonight for my 11 yr old’s birthday. Alex was our server in the family/bar area. The restaurant was pretty busy with the holiday season… Alex was AMAZING!! We had everything we needed at ALL times. Food was yummy and came out perfect. Excellent dining experience!! Our kids were happy, which always keeps us parents happy. We’ll be back as this is our favorite location. (Even though I worked at EASTERN years ago, love my Mia!)

Got the two fajita plate and it was great, didn’t really care for the fake cheese option, the rice is horrible, tasteless and old. This is the worse rice I’ve ever gotten at any restaurant. I brought to the attention of waiter and they brought us asparagus which was a better choice. Ty chili’s
