The last two times I have went to this McDonald’s… I have gotten VERY COLD and HALF FULL fries! Is this a new way for McDonald’s to save money? Not giving customers what they fully pay for? Also gotta love when you pull up to order in the drive thru… seeing people pull up after you and somehow ordering before you! Makes you feel very “respected” as a paying customer and overall with my time! All in all, I’d say this place is going downhill from what it once was…

Dumped my drinks…then tried handing them to me half full and covered in soda.
I asked for her to whipe it off, only to be glared at by a dark haired chick with pink highlights… smiling thinking its funny?
Not even helping the girl whom dumped my sodas all over the floor.
Is this a joke?

literally the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. food was super hot and fresh, my burger was made right which is awesome because I’m pregnant and picky and I’m sure made it more complicated than it needed to be. the girl with the pink hair was so sweet!!!

Down right nasty. I barely ever go to McDonald’s as is because it’s gross but figured we’d give the one in Wayland a try… makes me remember why i don’t eat at McDonald’s. However, this location is the worst one. There was nowhere to sit because every table in that building had stuff caked on it. After I received my food i dumped the fries on my tray and there was hair on the paper on the tray Bathroom is disgusting and their fountain pop area is gross too. Cleanliness at this location is not good at all! Honestly worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and very non- appetizing. Some pics included in the review. DO BETTER

Today they are advertising the new chicken strips.. I am not happy with how the manager and other staff are treating the poor guy who has to wear the chicken suit. He removed the chicken suit from his face so he can breathe and get some air because of course its hot in that thing for hours at a time. The manager tells him put it back on or your fired, the guy says with a gentle sad voice ” im sorry, its hot in here”. Not even ten minutes later they send him outside to stand on the corner with a sign to wave around. This employee shows signs of autism or some kind of disability which made this ordeal all that much more heartbreaking. Don’t think I will be coming back to this location if that’s how they treat people.

there’s always something wrong with my order, weather it’s the condiments on a burger or them simple forgetting a major part of a meal, somethings always wrong. if i could get it a zero i would but i can’t so they get a 1.

Please don’t go here for counter service on a Friday morning because you are going to stand for a long time and then the McMuffin tasted wrong and the coffee is weak thank goodness for the hash brown otherwise I can honestly say I will never darken their door again.
