First time, but certainly not the last. I had the colossal burger with tater tots. Everything was fresh and hot. The service was wonderful as well. If you’re ever in Sweetwater TN and craving BBQ this is the place to be.

We always love going to Bradley’s and have never had a bad experience there. My in-laws were in town and we wanted to take them there for supper. This time we had the worst experience. We ordered around 6:08pm and did not receive our food until after 7pm. There were people in line behind us several people back that received their food before us and finished their food before we even received ours. We had very simple meals of pulled pork sandwiches and fries and my 2 year old had a grilled cheese. Our food came out cold, me and my son couldn’t even eat our food it was so cold and his grilled cheese was hard as a rock. I’m not sure why this happened. We asked for an explanation but just weren’t really given an answer. We asked for a refund, and they did give us that. But half of us couldn’t eat after waiting over an hour for food and it be brought out cold and seeing other people order 30 mins after us receiving their food. We were just very disappointed.

Not impressed. I had pickle chips and baby back ribs. The pickles were cold and overcooked. I let the waitress know, she apologized and said she would get a fresh batch. I am pretty sure she just dumped the same ones in hot oil they came back way too fast and most were still only cool. I left them. The ribs were ok, if you like your ribs cold. The meat was tender and.tasty what there was of it. The BBQ sauce, tastes like bottle sauce and they give you a small cup of it. Husbands fries were.cold, but he said his food, the trio was ok. Staff was friendly, and they have a robot waiter, cool.

Really great BBQ and even better service! The meat was flavorful and cooked just right, and the sides were just as good. Everyone there was friendly and made us feel welcome the whole time. Definitely a spot we’ll be going back to very soon! Highly recommend!

Dinner stop for a bus trip with about 45-50 people, and they got our orders as quickly as possible. The food was great. I got the brisket combo with potato salad, greens and hush puppies. Happy the brisket was sliced as many BBQ restaurants chop it. The brisket cooked perfectly. Not dry. My friend got the St Louis rib special that she really enjoyed. I had a sample of the ribs and they were really good. Fall of the bone good. The staff was quick to bring us anything additional we needed. They also have an ice cream place right beside the restaurant. If you want ice cream they will bring it to you in the restaurant. If you love BBQ this the place to go in Sweetwater TN.

The food here was really good. I was very impressed with all of the food on my plate. The okra didn’t taste overly cooked, like I could taste the okra flavor well. The potato salad wasn’t dripping with sauce, it was just enough to be pleasant to eat and NOT like eating a bowl of soup. The ribs were just falling apart, meat was a little dry but was easy to fix with some bbq sauce. And the hush puppies! They were balls of fried corn bread. The most awesome corn bread you ever eaten, fried in a ball. Those were the best hush puppies I’ve ever had. I spent $25 on the ribs 1/2 plate. They were more expensive but most meals were well under $20.
The service was good but nothing stood out that makes me think it was spectacular.
They have a really nice place and I’d go back and take lots of people if I can.
