This place is tex mex to the max. Food is lacking some flavor which they use sauces to substitute for. The queso was very good. The ranch- I mean creamy jalapeño sauce was interesting. Mostly the decor here sells the place. Our server was amazing. We never had to ask for anything, she just took care of it.

We love Chuy’s. When we go out of state we find a Chuy’s and eat a one at least twice if not three times during our mini trips. We have eaten at the Florence (Y’all) location many times. Delicious food. So many delicious sauces to choose from. It makes it hard to decide. I get chicken enchiladas a lot of times one with one sauce and the other with another. Mild, medium and hot always so flavorful. My husband likes the sample appetizer. Too large to finish, but gives you 3 items nachos, quesadilla, taquitos. Salsa and spicy ranch dip both so good what’s even better is when you mix the two together.
Chuy’s please bring one of your restaurants to Michigan. Ann Arbor, Novi, Brighton. We have filled out request many times. We first had Chuy’s at the Florida locations.

Best part of visits was server. She was on the ball.
Removed a point on food because although the plate was screaming hot, the main entree was not.
Also removed a point as we asked to sit in the main dining area and not bar as we had young children with us. We were told bar only open..yet saw other guests being seated in main dining. Perhaps seating is done on rotation of servers which I get, but I really didn’t want to be in the bar with littles ones asking questions about the signs.

This is a great place to eat Mexican food. Service was friendly and prompt and prices are reasonable. There was no wait to be seated and the menu offers a variety where you are sure to find something you will like.

I dont wanna be that guy but dang man, asked for no garnish, brought out the food had garnish. Server took it back scraped it off kinda, still had tomatos in a few spots, then went to cut into it and discovered i was brought the wrong food. My wife went ahead and ate while I sat there waiting for them to fix it. By the time it was brought out my wife was done eating. Got up myself and got new silverware as my server dropped off my food and ran back over to her “regulars” to have a several minute long chat. Then when I was fully over it she came and asked us if we needed a box, I said yes and she was off again but not before she had another several minute long conversation with her regular about her house and renovations and 2 car garage attached. Terrible visit and it wasnt even busy. Food was tasty as always but service left a lot to be desired.

Someone from management or customer relations reached out to me and invited me back out. I believe in second chances and duh the food is spectacular so this is mid way edit. If you are following stay tuned for post second visit for an updated and honest experience

We stopped in after meeting my niece and her husband and family.
We only had a short wait.
We were greeted by Kevin, and he was a fantastic server.
Everyone had the Chuychanga, all six of us!
Prices were reasonable and

Visiting from Michigan and I can say that this is going down in the memories. The food was superb!! None of that boring Midwest food. Spicy and so delicious . Prices are reasonable for the amount of food that you get.
Andrea was our waitress and she was great. Because we were a big party, we were in the back corner but Andrea made sure we had great service.

My first time eating here. The food is amazing. Portions are huge! The chips and dip are top notch amazing. I got extra cups to go of the dip. The staff was very friendly, caring, and patient with our large group. I highly recommend. The place is beautiful as well with all of the different decorations.

Our family visited Chuy’s after a long afternoon at the ball field. We were hot, tired, and hungry. The atmosphere was amazing and our service was great. Our food took a long time which is the only reason I marked it down to 4 stars. ⭐️ The food was pretty good. The salsa and the creamy jalapeño dip was very tasty. Overall, we all agreed that we’ve had better food, but it was a good amount for the price and it was fun to try a new place.
