I was pleasantly surprised by yhe warmth and jovial atmosphere of The Brass Rail. I went on a Thursday night around 7pm. I got a spot at the bar, the place was pretty busy and loud but in a good way. Everyone was having a good time, families, groups of girlfriends. I got a glass of Trapiche malbec and it was so tasty. I ordered the pretzel bites with cheese dip and a small Caeser salad with grilled shrimp. The salad was the perfect size and I appreciated that they put the dressing in a little container so I could put how much I wanted. All the food was great. I did not eat all the croutons, there were alot . The crowd died out some. Great bar/restaurant! All tge staff was friendly and my food came out quick.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Everything from the atmosphere to the pricing was spot on, but the food is the real star.
• Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta: A perfect 10/10. The flavors were incredible and it’s easily the highlight of the menu.
• Steak Loaf: Very solid 8/10—definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something hearty.
• Service & Value: Both were a 10/10. The staff makes you feel welcome, and the prices are very fair for the quality you get.
Overall, an A+ experience. If you’re on the fence, just go!

In town for work. Went here two nights in a row. Great atmosphere. Staff always friendly. Burger is wonderful. Get the green beans, I heard from my friend that knows the owner, said it’s a family recipe! Smoked them grilled wings. Amazing!

We came in around 6:30 on Saturday night for dinner, knowing we would have a wait for a table. No biggie. However, after waiting for 50 minutes to be seated, we walked past 5 empty tables on our way to the farthest corner of their outdoor/extension to be sat at a tiny four top next to a much larger group. I began to wonder why we had to wait so long and why we didn’t get sat at a nicer table inside the restaurant. I shrugged this off and enjoyed the conversation with our friends. We ordered and waited an acceptable amount of time for it to arrive. However, the ribeye steak I ordered was barely room temp (not hot at all) upon arrival. I was starving by that point and didn’t want to wait any longer, so I just ate it as it was. It did not have much flavor and was not a great cut of meat at all, with very tough fat to one whole side of it (not tender marbling of fat as one would expect in that cut of meat). We ordered another round of drinks, but when they arrived (way too late) they were the wrong drinks. Our server, all this time, seemed rude and distracted, treating us more as an annoyance than as paying customers.
This is not the quality of food or of service that I expect from this establishment, especially given the price we paid.

Food is great – we had the fish and chip and the house made steak loaf. The portions are really big! You can make two meals out of it. I like that the AC wasn’t set on 65°, so it was cool inside but not freezing cold. Took our 3 months old with us. Jennifer our Waitress was super nice and funny. We will be coming back.

Great food, some of the younger waitresses/hostesses seem lost. Pleasant upscale dining area with bar front in dining area and a family nice wrap around view. Online ordering is excellent, with curbside pickup and usually quick service.

Disappointed with our first experience. Service was really slow from the initial greet time and drink order. Then food arrives 50 minutes after the appetizer and ice cold. Plenty of managers on duty but not one visit. Didn’t feel very welcomed or worried about the service being provided. I’d highly suggest some front of the house training. Going out to eat is expensive nowadays and I’d rather spend money where it feels more welcoming or like our experience matters.
Certainly did not get that tonight.
Edit: I have spoken with the manager directly and am more than willing to give it another shot. She was quick to respond and listen to my review.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time for a long overdo date. We ordered the coconut shrimp which was phenomenal. For entrees we ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta and a medium rare cowboy ribeye. The pasta was awesome. However the $68 cowboy rib eye was WAY TO SALTY and it came out well done. There was a huge cut in the middle of the steak. For a steakhouse I’m sure they should know that you don’t do that. The mushrooms were even more saltier than the steak. You could literally see all the salt on them. Our waitress was not very attentive. We tried asking another waitress for assistance but she just kept walking. It seemed like everyone wasn’t happy at all and didn’t come off friendly. It was definitely a let down for us. The steak definitely was not worth that price!

The food and service was great! We came here on a Saturday night, apparently the same night as prom. We (two adults + one child) had a 25 minute wait in the lobby. The rooms were spacious, but very very loud. That was our biggest complaint was how loud the restaurant was. Every table was full in the room we were sitting in, and there was a bar as well in the room. High ceilings, nice relaxing and yet upscale ambiance.
My spouse got the steak and gave it a rating of 4/5.
I got the Cajun Chicken and shrimp pasta. Very filling and had great seasoning. I just wish there were more spinach.
My son got the garlic noodles from the kids menu. My husband tasted it and said the garlic noodles were very plain and maybe had some garlic powder in it. I’d probably recommend that children’s dish for a picky
eater or younger child.
Fries were crunchy and warm.
The wings came out on fries and were pretty good!
Our waitress was very nice and came around to our table enough, but not overbearing.
Overall, it was a great experience and the food was priced appropriately, in our opinions. I would definitely go back!

My husband and I came here on a whim one night looking for places to eat for our anniversary back in 2022. Did not disappoint and was one of the best steak experiences I’ve ever had. Service is impeccable and attentive. The food is to die for. Especially their Sticky Bread Pudding. Cinnamony-fruity glazed goodness. Also, try their fish & chips, porterhouse steak, and red pepper hummus. You will not be disappointed. Delicious.
