Saw a commercial advertising the rope vieja. Opened up my platter to find a small Palm size portion. Not even enough for half the rice portion they gave me. I understand it gets busy in the drive thru but give people the full portions Everytime. Disappointed is an understatement

Worst restaurant we could not even get food or order if that! Angry Karen was blocking the entire drivethru and getting out of her car yelling at people making it an unsafe place to eat. They need to do better with traffic control and security we will never come here again

Young Spanish guy in drive was cussing at me in Spanish because I asked to see the menu. I went to the employee at the window named Promise and she informed me I was not the first customer to make that complaint to her today and she would let her manager know, I could hear the manager say she did not care and to continue on, Promise tried to the best of her ability to make it right but she could only do so much when the manager is allowing other employees to disrespect customers in Spanish and take NO accountability. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I asked for a tropichop with no tomato’s, roast pork, onions, peppers and corn. They added tomato’s and black beans with no sauce and closed so I couldn’t correct it. SMH. Extremely disappointed seeing that nothing else is open.

Every time I come here, they give me super reheated meat that looks like it’s from days ago. The managers really need to do something about this. It’s not right that I pay for expensive food and they give me old meat.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my meal tonight. I ordered two small tropi chops and each plate. They only placed five small cubes of chicken when asked for a receipt for my order. I was not provided one and I was told that they didn’t have time for that.
In the beginning, when placing my order, I originally tried to order the family bundle. I was notified by the team member that they were not going to do that as it was going to take 20 minutes, which was 20 minutes too long to make the order I am extremely dissatisfied with the service with the meal, and the quality. polo tropical has greatly taking a downfall this past year in terms of quality service. I am very disappointed.
I would highly not recommend this location to anyone as you all can tell based off of these Google reviews management does not care nor do they try to rectify the situation with dissatisfied customers go at your own risk.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The place is filthy, inside & out. I paid extra for sour cream. Got none. TropiChop was literally a bowl of rice with a few pieces of chicken. I have left 3 bad reviews for this place now. Last strike.

They stop serving chicken at a certain time because they don’t want to cook! Like what!!!! I never heard of such a thing . They only serve Chopi chop but no other meals mind you this is through open hours !

I opted to go inside as the drive thru was ridiculously long. Guess everyone had the same idea at the same time. Inside service probably took just as long. Order was correct. I forgot to ask for my quarter chicken white to be well done. It makes a difference. My tropichop was ordered with double chicken. I think they skimped on that. Download the app, may save you some time.
