Our servicer was very nice, best part of dining here. The service took a long time to get anything, orders, the bill, and there seemed to be only one waitress who was also working as the hostess. The wings, fries, and tots were good. However the boneless wings, well some of them were raw. I had placed an order of wings to go but was told they would be a few minutes so we left to run to another store, came back, and waited another 15 minutes. 40 minutes for a to go order of wings! Overall we likely will not be back to dine in or to get an order to go.

Really bad service. Showed up around 6:30-6:35 pm. Sat down, ordered appetizer and meal. Didn’t get our food until 1 hour later. There were only 4-5 people sitting at tables. Also the cook went to the bathroom and when he was coming out a big puff of white smoke came out of his mouth clearly it says no smoking/caping sign on front door. Also waiter was missing for a long period of time between visits. Multiple tables left the place due to long waiting for food. Asked for another drink and took forever to come to my table and was warm. Family’s drinks were empty as well and drinks were not brought until way later. I will definitely not go back to this place again.

We had dinner at 6 and we’re told to seat ourselves right away. We had burgers, tots and the ultimate appetizer platter and it was all good. Only thing they couldn’t do was to give us regular bbq sauce for my Sons chicken. Overall the service was on par and restarant was clean.

The food isn’t bad, but they are constantly forgetting sauces with to-go orders. I’ve tried to be understanding but this has been multiple times now and is very frustrating having to go back to the restaurant to get the correct items that were ordered. Quite frankly, this establishment makes me question my faith in humanity. Food was warm, but took an egregiously long time (1+ hours). Random newsclips on TV despite being…a sports bar. The day these waitstaff are competent will be the day the Pope becomes Protestant. Don’t mistake the single star for appreciation of anything. Negative stars wouldn’t be enough to measure my immeasurable dissapointment here. Avoid driving within a mile radius of this place.

Do not waste your time here… every time it’s something. It’s been over two years since we have come to this location. We were in the area, so we decided to order take out because the service has never been great… except the bar… they are always great.
$80 order… get home… which is 30 minutes away… gave us fries (we didn’t order) missing all the veggies we ordered… and not any dressing for our wings… or my salad. We call… “nothing we can do about that”…. WHAT! This is exactly why we stopped going…. Your service is terrible… we could have driven the hour round trip to get what we ordered…. But then food would be cold.
As someone who has been in the industry for 20 years… absolutely absurd. Never again will you get another dollar from us.

Always great to spend $80 on wings and get home, after waiting an hour for them, to find out the flavors are wrong. In addition, there were no carrots or celery, and the ranch were both upside down and leaking. As if that wasn’t enough, the hair in the wings was the icing on the cake.

It was terrible.we waited 15 minutes to be seated and 50 minutes to receive our order.the mango habanero wings tasted and smelled spoiled my brother even vomited after taking a bite . I ordered ultimate nachos but they didn’t give me the sauces and I asked for extra avocado but it didn’t have any sauces at all . Worst experience ever.

Went on a busy Saturday afternoon and sat at a table near the bar. The bartender took care of all the patrons sitting at the bar and the tables nearby and she was amazing! She and her food runner worked great together so our food was hot and our beer was cold. Best service at any BWW I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few!

I had ordered mango habanero boneless wings a six piece order. I ate one and they tasted like a dirty dish rag. I informed my server they asked if I wanted something else so I ordered six buffalo flavored boneless wings when the bill came, I was charged for both. I questioned it and was told that the manager said there was nothing wrong with the mango habanero sauce and did I want to speak to a manager I myself having been a restaurant manager, thought any self-respecting restaurant manager would’ve already come over and spoke to me so I said no And just paid my tab, tipped my server what she deserved because she was good and left very disappointed in the management of this restaurant
