One of the worst locations, I almost patronized twice. I was here a few years ago after the planned global event and the experience was awful. Staff was rude, had to wait at least 15 minutes to get a beverage I ordered. Food took almost an hour, I swore I would never go back to this location.
Tonight I had a craving for wings and thought I’d give them a try since it’s been at least 3 years and hopefully things improved
We went in around 9pm asked for a table, nobody to wait on tables only booths and bar seating. Ok so we sat near the bar, not one person came over in over 15 minutes to see if we were being served, much less inquire if we would like to order. The African American girl at the front was apparently more concerned about FaceTime than serving CUSTOMERS !
After nearly 20 minutes of no service, my husband and I walked out, that same girl didn’t even acknowledge us walking out to say, is there a problem I can help you with.
I’m not singling out just her, nobody approached us and the place was only about 40% busy. We were going to ask for a manager but from our view of the restaurant, the staff looked uninterested in anything but socializing with themselves or on social media. Fortunately my husband had the sense of wearing a GoPro to document the event to see if things improved since 2021.
We will be sharing our immersive experience with corporate.
We will not be returning to this location ever again. We will drive to Orlando or Brandon where we have always had good experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Unhappy with my order. My wings were super dry and tough, not freshly cooked at all. I bought 20 wings and we only ate about 3; I threw the rest away. It was a Wednesday.

The televisions are not organized like your typical BWW. Many on one wall and at a distance. Not a great setup for most im my opinion. The food is decent but ordered fries with my wings and they were old but refried. Bartender brought me an order that was meant for someone else (told to me directly) this means that its common and instead of firing the head cook they just work through it. If you want a good BWW this may not be the place. If you want food like BWW then come here

The food is always great here and the service is AWESOME! Our server was upbeat an so positive she was singing and made the whole experience even better. I wish I had remembered her name….Jerica I think but im sure the right people will see this. Definitely recommend this location!

Last minute decision that we didn’t regret. Spacious place with lots of TV and music. They were very MINDFUL of my daughter’s food allergies and ensured she didn’t get any cross contamination or anything she couldn’t have. The portions were great and the food delicious. Oh and when they say they have the hottest sauce, BELIEVE them. The sauce was so hot, I saw sweating, nose running, I think my partner may have seen Jesus

I was there last night, I asked specifically for a table and the girl gave me a booth, I said I need a low table, she said we aren’t serving that section after 9pm. I tried sitting in the high bar stools but they were very uncomfortable. I waited over 10 minutes with not 1 staff member approached me. I ended up walking out.
As the other reviewer stated, the employees don’t seem to care at all. Place seemed disorganized and dirty. I reside in Lakeland, but I will patronize Brandon next time as that location has always been a better experience.

It was a good time spending time with my son. He had never been to Buffalo Wild wings before. The only thing was his expensive it was. For 2 hamburgers & fries + 1 appetizer it was over $55. I was pretty surprised about that. The food tasted good. The Buffalo Chicken tater tots were really good.

Our experience this evening. Was very good. Our server was Kayla. She was very expert level server. Our drinks were never empty. Our food was brought to our table hot and fresh. We had nothing to complain about at all. We received two tabs as requested with over 100 wings, two appetizers, several cocktails and plenty of sodas. There is nothing that we can say negative vie about this experience today.
