So i was just up there picking up an online order curbside and when i get home the bag is full of about 2-3 handfuls of ketchup ontop and throughout the bag? Idk if they were tryna be funny or petty but ive made orders with twice as much and have never received that much. When i finally got all the ketchup packs out all 3 of the medium fries are half full? Then we had a 4 pc nuggets missing, i honestly think its because the whole restaurant is ran by highschoolers or kids fresh out of highschool with no customer service experience !

I dined in, ordered at the kiosk. Grabbed a number and took a seat. My food never came. I walked up to the counter with my plastic sign with my number on it to find no one at the counter and my food in a bag on the counter. I got my food, it was cool, not hot. I got a ranch wrap, all the dressing was at one end, the other end wasn’t that good with no dressing. The dining area was in need of attention, but it wasn’t too bad yet. I didn’t get a receipt at the kiosk so I cannot show proof I bought anything, or I cannot go online and leave feedback there. The McDonald’s on the other side of town doesn’t seem to have these issues when I go there.

Very upset received the wrong order after spending over 30 dollars to get a one combo and tea that wasn’t even sweetened. The little girl at the window was so busy worrying about her drive thru speed of service instead of taking a moment to even say thank you hello goodbye something but nothing. Me & my sister came to eat before the movies it was mostly empty except one other family.The food was good but a woman came by mopping right beside us as we ate which we thought was rude because she could have mopped the whole empty area then she put the mop under the table as we were still eating.so rude… I get if it was near closing ( which it wasn’t) she was just rude so we left

Did a mobile order almost 15 minutes before arriving still had to wait for food to be prepared. What is the purpose of mobile order is they are not staging the food then having it ready by the time the customer arrives. My kids wanted lunch but couldn’t even enjoy it with the delay.

Was there on 6/14/25 around 11am. Food was very good. It was hot and my Oder was accurate. Great job. Fast service and friendly. Keep doing what you’re doing. Passing through from Ky glad to get a good meal while on the road. Definitely will visit again and let others traveling though know you all do a great job.

I’ve ordered from here 5 times and every single time they’ve gotten my order wrong or things were missing from my order that I paid for. Poor service, rude staff and long wait times in the drive thru all for the order to be completely wrong or the food stale. I wouldn’t feed this McDonald’s food to my dogs. Not worth the hassle of complaining to the manager either, because they’re rude. I posted a picture of my order. I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese McMuffin. They gave me a sausage biscuit. I don’t like the biscuits because they’re crumbly, dry and hard to swallow. Not happy.
