I ordered the ribeye steak to be medium rare but it was way overcooked. There was also no flavor, and it was very dry. This is two consecutive times where I’ve ordered their steaks and was disappointed. Do not order their steaks. Just walk across the street to Longhorn steak house instead. This was a pick up order.

I had a great experience at Chili’s! The food was tasty, and the dinner is a fantastic, affordable deal. The radical drink was flavorful. I especially loved the southwest egg rolls—they were amazing!

During my recent visit to Chili’s with my friend, we were disappointed with the service we received. My friend, who is vegetarian, typically orders the fajitas. In past experiences, the staff has always been very accommodating by substituting extra vegetables and guacamole in place of meat, which made her feel valued as a guest. Those experiences have always been excellent, with her meal priced fairly around the low $20 range.
This time, however, the experience was very different. Our server seemed unsure of how to handle a vegetarian fajita request. Instead of working through the situation, she appeared visibly agitated, even chuckling at my friend’s request for fajitas without meat. My friend was more than willing to pay for any substitutions or adjustments, but the server ultimately rang the order as a steak fajita meal — which is more expensive than other options. When my friend asked if that made a price difference, the server said it did not, but we later confirmed online that there was a $3 difference.
In addition, my friend was charged $4 for a very small side of guacamole, and in total, her vegetarian fajita meal came to nearly $30. For comparison, on prior visits, she received generous portions of vegetables and guacamole included, at a much fairer price.
Beyond the pricing concerns, what made the experience most disappointing was the attitude of our server. She not only seemed frustrated with the order but also ignored my friend at times when she asked questions. This left her feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer.
We want to emphasize that we’ve had wonderful experiences at Chili’s in the past, with staff members going above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of those standards, both in service and in fairness of pricing. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we would love to continue being guests at Chili’s and enjoying the positive experiences we’ve had before.

Fostering Ohana
Gone are the days a a vibrant family friendly restaurant. The atmosphere was brown / black and stale. It seems the scheme is having it’s effect on the staff as no one was very welcoming. From the hostesses to the server. When we stepped into the lobby we had to stand a foot away from hostess to be even acknowledged. Then when our table near the bar was ready another hostess just approached but never really talked or seemed pleased to be there. Our server was only a little bit better. More concerned with the tablet over her shoulder than anything else. Food and drinks were brought out by 2 other individuals. We ordered the salsa and nachos. They were heavily salted and we spent most of the time brushing them off. All burgers are cooked to a medium well which loses most of the juiciness and flavor. The jalapeño and red onions were used sparingly to my disappointment. The chicken bacon quesadilla had a few bits of chicken but was not consistent. One selection did not have any chicken in it. While all of the food was edible and non had to be sent back I will say I miss the old Tex Mex style that Chili’s originally was.

First off, this isn’t about the restaurant in particular but the fact my children and I were seated at a dirty booth is wrong for starters. The server didn’t ask us to stand up to clean it, instead she wiped around where we were. Secondly, we were served drinks in dirty mugs, one which had a red lipstick stain from recent lips and another cup black and brown speckles floating around the cup of water and sticking to the ice . Despite of it I still tried to order but honestly that was already 2/3 strikes & before I got to the 3rd mess up I respectfully declined to stay . This was around 3:45-4:00pm. Please advise your staff abide by the sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant. All I got was , oh I’m sorry I understand .

Overall great service! The manager, CJ remained cool, calm, and collected after a chaotic incident that occurred at no fault of the restaurant. The hostesses were also patient after dealing with a large, rowdy party that was quite rude to the staff. Great leadership and strong management. Thank you!

This has been the worst experience at a Chile I have ever visited one of my favorite restaurants. Can somebody please let me know when you get the triple dipper and you get bone in do they give you four or they give you five the food was half done the wings would not cook all the way she went to go get the manager. He came over smiling and asked me what was the problem. I explained to him what was going on he was like do you want me to cook you more wings? I said no before I can even finish the old part in. No he just turned away and walked away so management sucks. I would grade one out of 10 I will give them a two they were very fast and the server was very attentive, but everything else was garbage.

Chicken tenders are great. Fries are pretty basic. The skillet cookie is delicious. Best thing on the menu. I would recommend the skillet cookie to anyone. Very gooey, warm, and flavorful. Atmosphere does seem a little dirty but overall a good place for a girls night!
