This place deserves their 5 STAR review! You have to try the food & stuffed hashbrowns!
1. (YES) I was greeted immediately upon entering by Brett. He had an amazing greeting that was very happy & pleasant!
2. (YES) The restaurant was clean, including tables, floors, lamps, window sills & blinds, including restrooms!
3. (YES) The customer service was friendly, happy, positive, & attentive by both Brett & Lisa, who served me!
4. (YES) Thanks to the cooks, the food was served in a timely manner even though there were plenty of customers!
5. (YES) Amazing job cooks! The food tasted great, arrived as pictured, & the temperature of the food was nice & hot! Right where it needed to be!

I ordered a side of fries there was barely anything there . I aslo order turkey bacon club house that was also ridiculous and the lack of fries with that as well. There was hardly any turkey (1 slice)and was just tossed together. Even gave a $5 tip

Ok…So if your traveling or even locals , what the heck are you thinking! This must be the worst food I have ever received. When she put the platter down onto our table me and my wife looked at each other with the W.T.F. Stare and was speechless. I should of said something right then and there but I did not. The country steak was fried way to long and was hard to cut and the dish presentation was horrid look at the picture not even a little piece of Parsley for looks. There is a picture how the ultimate Country suppose to look like compared to what I received.My wife’s meal the bacon was over cooked and the fries were under cooked too. Oh here is the scary part, On top of it I was watching the cook while she ate a piece of Bacon while she was cooking then a piece of it fell out of her mouth while she was standing over the prep station, thats where they put all the food to go out to customers. Yea fell out of her mouth onto someones plate she didn’t have a care in the world and kept going on like nothing happened. We spent over 30 dollars for both our meals and it truly sucked. I should of known when I walked in and saw none of the staff smiling we were going to be hosed!

The environment here was nice. Very picturesque diner experience. The waitress was very nice and got our food to us on time. The food was nothing spectacular, but not bad at all. I would go here again and enjoy it. I would recommend this place.

The service is great here. Only been one time to this location but the lady was nice and helpful. We came in on a Wednesday night about 9pm so it wasn’t busy. The cook took forever to make my burger though. Was waaaay overcooked and pretty bad. It’s alright though cause the lady was nice and everyone else had decent food.

I went here 2 weekends in a row. Each time the service has been really slow and the people who work here act like getting you items, drinks or sides is a hassle. During each visit, the restaurant has not been crowded or busy.
During both visits, I practically had to beg to get a refill. I ordered the same item both times I was there and both were less than satisfactory. During today’s visit, my guests salad was warm and my hamburger was burnt. I was not offered ketchup or any sauce. The manager walking around seems irritated with working and helping his crew.
At this point the only thing I would recommend from here is taking a pie home and eating it . I won’t return to dine in. I’ll go to Denny’s and enjoy a friendly face and a crew who seem to be happy to offer you anything.

Came to the KELSO WASHINGTON LOCATION with my 2 sons and mother. We almost left before walking in due to a giant puddle full of cigarette buts and trash but we wanted to give it a chance. The server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the classic BLT and there was a Hair in it clear as day. The server apologized and I had a new BLT in 2 mins which I thought was very odd and fast. I took 2 bites of the second one and found 2 more hairs. We left without paying this was disgusting. My son and mother who ate half of their food now feel ill so maybe I’m blessed my food had hair in it cause I didn’t eat and get sick!!!!!

Our first and last visit to this location. The only good thing was the fish. Now the ugly: salad bowl had a weird brown smear on the edge. We assumed chocolate filling. The croutons were old and stale. Wife’s salad had 1 crouton. I put my green beans on her plate to show the color difference. She obviously got old vegetables and tiny portions. Not very many fries either. I had grilled chicken bruschetta with rice pilaf. The chicken was dry. The bruschetta was a thin round flat bread which became soggy. The rice was just bland with craisins and shaved almonds. The FILTHY PART: After drinking some water, wife noticed the lip stick on my glass(which neither one of us was wearing). The dessert menu had sticky substance all over it. Ladies restroom paper towel dispenser inop. The WAITRESS: Lisa was our waitress. It was a little busy, but not bad, however, she seemed frazzled at all times. We were able to get one refill on our waters.(small glasses). We ate our dinners and once we stacked our plates together, she finally decided to come back, “what kind of pie would you like?” (We must have drank our water limit) We took Dutch apple and pecan to go. Apple’s were rather crunchy and the pecan pie must have been the runt of the litter. We live and learn.

Decent food. Known for their pies. I liked the few bites of pie I stole from my husband. I was pleasantly surprised with how much was in the fish and chips basket. Generally speaking places like this like to skimp on this dish. Sharis filled the basket with chips (fries) and had 3 good sized fish. It was a really good portion size! I wasn’t able to finish. The meal came with lemon slices, tarter sauce, and coleslaw. I don’t like coleslaw usually, but I didn’t mind theirs. I guess because it didn’t have that traditional flavor… it was super bland. Just the way I like it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the ladies bathroom needed attention and when the waitress spilled water all over the table we had to ask for napkins to clean it up and my water glass had a huge gross smudge down the length of the glass, on the inside… Those kind of things are hardly any reason for me to not return for another meal. That kind of stuff could happen anywhere.

Good food as expected from Sharis. Tonette was a great server! Marked down because they didn’t have the hazelnut pie available and I got ranch instead of Caesar dressing.
They have a good deal right now, half a sandwich, soup or salad, and a slice of pie for around $10.
