I ordered online for a delivery order, small fry, a mc chicken with no lettuce and a Dr Pepper, then pie $2 for 4 sauces. I made sure the delivery person asked and they told him straight to his face they put it in there. They did not. My driver delivered the food in less the 20 minutes of me ordering it, I got it fries were cold, the bread tasted stale. Same issue when I order pickup. Every person who has “helped” me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got food poisoning from this location a year ago, stopped going by I work 13 hour shifts to tired to cook and it’s a cheap alternative. I have no problems with other locations just this one. Extremely rude, unprofessional. And giving undercooked meet and stale fries and bread is a safety hazard. They are lucky I didn’t buy my little brothers food because if they got food poisoning I would sue. Child endangerment. This location needs new staff, management and cooks. Locations always dirty and it shows by the food the give and the service. Do better with your job.

Waited 35 minutes for my food before giving up. I requested a refund and the employee up front was very passive aggressive. I left my reciept and asked for a refund to my card because I had to get back to work. Still have yet to receive my refund.

If you want to use the play area and eat inside. I guess use the drive thru to get your food first. Or allot 20-30 minutes to get your food despite little foot traffic. The good news is if you use drive through you’re absolute priority over all else. I’ll just bring my own food when we come to the play place. Seriously? 20-30 minutes!?

This is my favorite McDonald’s for decades ! I always try to come here and get some good quality food. Fries always fresh and crispy and food always good! Just the way it needs to be. Don’t lower the standards and keep up the good food .

The manager was polite and professional, I give them on their turn around time in drive through. The food is usually amazing.

Unfortunately tonight the food was a disappointment.
I ordered a mc double $5 biggie bag with a large dr pepper no ice, sandwich no ketchup (allergic to tomato and can’t have anything tomato based) add Mac sauce. And sweet and sour for dipping sauce for my fries and nuggets. Told I need more salt in my diet so I do the small fry.

Got a tangy bbq sauce (no big deal maybe my roommate would enjoy it)

Fries had no salt and were cold

Sandwich luckily I seen the ketchup before even biting down…

Do We Have Everything?
I never expect a whole lot but I certainly don’t expect to be insulted. “You all are something else” is what I was told this morning when o received my sandwich but not my coffee. “We know what you all ordered if you’d be patient.” It’s ok fella, I just thought you forgot my coffee. So I’m sorry I smiled when you closed the window and gestured for a small coffee.

The girl served me the hamburger dropped on the floor. She drops it on the floor, she picks it up. Puts it back in the bag tries to hand it to me. There’s an old saying: Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity. This adage is certainly born out at this store. When you pull into the drive-through, you are greeted by a bot. She (it) is pleasant, and had no trouble taking my order correctly. Then things turned sour. The person at the drive-through window was indifferent at best. He had his hoodie on, hood pulled over his head & face so you couldn’t see his eyes. He stuck his hand through the window, and it was up to me to make sure my card was placed in his hand. He processed it, then said “receipt”. I guessed, apparently correctly, that he was asking if I wanted my receipt. I said “yes”, and he handed it through the window without bothering to look in my direction. I’m not sure he wasn’t a bot as well. If he was, he sure wasn’t as helpful as the one that took my order. No “thank you”, no nothing. I was dismissed. I got to the second window, and the young fellow there was slightly more pleasant, although it’s a pretty low bar at this point. He handed me my order with a “there you go”, and again, I was dismissed. In the photo’s below, you’ll see my receipt. You can also see the production tag for my order. Both of them clearly say “NO Tartar Sauce”. You can also see what passes for no tartar sauce at this facility. My sandwich is drenched in tartar sauce. I can’t help but feel I’m being punished for interrupting them while they were on TikTok. I won’t make this mistake again.
