Use to be my favorite place last 3 times I’ve been there nothing but rude service I do mobile pickup for the rewards this recent time she said that order has already been picked up and to leave, she was thinking I was trying to steal $7 worth of food when I really just wanted a cheeseburger after work. You won’t get your money back since they don’t have a customer service page that actually works. Save yourself some time go somewhere else foods always cold and they always take forever on every order.

The food is always good. However, I am not sure how this is acceptable. I was an employee at a burger king in a different location years ago. If we ever allowed our store to be so dirty and unappealing to the customer, we would have lost our jobs. They really need to overhaul this location.

There was mold and slime in catch tray of the fountain machine and cockroaches crawling on dinning area floor. I will NEVER RETURN to this location. I can only imagine the filth in the kitchen area. Makes me sick

Went through the drive-through and told them I had a coupon for two original chicken sandwiches and two medium fries for $7.49. They rang me up for whatever duo deal they have going on right now instead of using the coupon I told them I had When I told them at the window they continued to blame me and say it was my fault for not telling them about the coupon and now I’m trying to call to let them know I’m expecting a refund for the difference in my bank account since they have my coupon And my transaction information. And it just rings for three minutes every time I call I’ve called 4 times now the general manager was not helpful she just came to the window to blame me for not saying I had the coupon after the original employee already tried blaming me

Literally the worst burger king I’ve ever been to. My food was sub par fries and whopper jr were cold. I asked for no pickles and got pickles. I noticed the lady making up fry orders and putting people’s food in bags wasn’t wearing gloves. I am a road construction worker and I’ve seen bad fast food but this place is winning by far. Never again.
