Stopped in to eat in a Saturday mid morning. Have not been here in 3 years. We were greeted as we walked in and immediately seated even though the place was full. Took a while for our waiter to appear. But when she did she was full of good cheer and enthusiasm. We placed orders for 2ppl. Ordered the bacon avocado scramble bowl with decaf coffee and the cinnamon pancakes. It took a bit longer for our food but did I mention the place was packed and busy, busy, busy. When our food arrived it was hot and absolutely delicious!! My goodness we highly recommend this place and the food we ordered! It was awesome. Our drinks stayed full. The bathrooms could use a bit of tidying up. We will be back again next time we are in town!!

The fried chicken and waffles is heaven! The fried chicken is made fresh. It is the best in Huntsville. The strawberry butter on the waffles, take it to the next level. They have a huge menu and everything is delicious. The service is friendly and fast. It can get a little crowded on Sunday, but it is always worth the wait.

Chicken and waffles baby. Who thought strawberry butter would be a thing with this, I dunno, but it slaps. Get you some. We will be back, but I think I’m gonna be stuck on this dish for a bit before I can get to the rest of the menu hahah. Service was really good as well. Friendly and very attentive.

We had multiple items – waffles, eggs, bacon, cinnamon pancakes, grits- everything was fantastic. Our server, Jnae, was top notch. Attentive and responsive. She checked on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed as the meal progressed. Thanks for good service and good food!

Went around Christmas time last year with my little girl. Our server was kind, prompt and fantastic. The fried fish and house-made tartar sauce is outstanding. Love the vibe, it’s always packed and for good reason. We’ll absolutely be back! Thank you

I had the opportunity to eat Metro Diner twice on my Huntsville trip and both times, the food was food. The breakfest was plentiful on Sunday and I enjoyed the philly cheese steak for lunch on Monday. I only dined in the restaurant on Monday and Jnae service was great. I will visit again on my future trip.
