As soon as I walked in very friendly, atmosphere was so nice not super bright like most places lights are only shining down on the tables and walkways which make it so much more enjoyable and relaxing. My server was still new at the job and she made sure to tell me which by my book it’s so nice for when someone does that. Server was very nice. She gave small talks, laughs, and check one often. I was carded for alcohol which I am so glad to see is still happening in some restaurants. Food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was even better. I will definitely be coming back again very good first impressions.

First time at this establishment. The service was amazing! Can’t say enough about how great it was, very friendly and knowledgeable. Walked us through specials and had a few recommendations. We decided to take advantage of the drinks offered. There was a holiday drink still available and it was fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant. We also ordered food, there was a burger special that was out of this world good. I must have been hungry because I never stopped to take a picture!

This place always surprises me. It’s a great restaurant. Great ambience great menu great food service is always on point but it’s inside of a mall but nonetheless, I like it. I came here with my girlfriend before we went to a show nearby. Had a great dinner. some crabcakes. Their house made pineapple vodka. A great salmon dish with dill sauce. and great martinis what are not the like as I mentioned service was on point presentation as always you know nice and I think the price point is pretty fair you know for a restaurant that’s as nice as this I don’t get to Lancaster that often but when I do, I definitely like to come here to JB Dawson‘s if you’ve never been definitely check it out, you won’t be disappointed if anything you’ll be surprised the food like I said always great. I don’t think there’s a bad choice on the menu.

This is our second time here and it does not disappoint. It’s perfect for a date night or an anniversary. The waitress was attentive always had a refill for drinks without asking. For dessert try the cookie skillet it was amazing.

These portions are crazy! I had the crab Alfredo and you can see from the picture, it was huge. Loaded with crab meat, thick creamy sauce. A little heave on the bay seasoning, so ask for less if you’re not a fan. Had enough for 2 meals! They have do many great choices, and this is one of my faves. My daughter had the shrimp and scallop skewers with Cajun seasoning and the fabulous cornbread with a hint of heat. And, of course, their awesome maple butter. Love it again and again.

Our server Kira was lovely! Really appreciated her dessert advice, as the Key Lime pie was delicious.
It was our first time at this place. We enjoyed everything for the most part. My favorite hands down was the Lobster Bisque.
The only disappointment was their Short Ribs. It was not at all as described on the menu. Granted I substituted the Mashed Potatoes for baked, but I wasn’t expecting little individual chunks of dry stew meat swimming in gravy.
If we eat there again I will order a different entree, as the other plates I saw around me, including my daughter’s, looked really good.

EVERYTHING is delicious. From the bruschetta appetizer, the blueberry lemon martini, and my parmesan crusted chicken. I wish I lived closer because we would be regulars! The waitress was super nice and patient while I didn’t know what to order initially.

I was just there for Valentines day. They were super busy. I ordered the stripe steak, broccoli, and garlic mashed potatoes. It was amazing. My food was perfect, the best I have had in a while. The staff was very attentive and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them. I have been there before it as always been good but the other day they were definitely on top of it.

Went to J B Dawson’s because we happened to be at the mall at dinner time.
Very nice atmosphere, the music was a little loud in the bar area but was at a nice level in the rest of the restaurant.
Vanessa was a wonderful server, personable and checking back just the right amount.
My wife and I both had chicken sandwiches, her’s cajun and mine grilled. Both were just the right size and very tasty.
It is always nice to see managers and runners jumping in help out the servers, especially on a busy night.
Very good prices for the quality and quantity of food.
We will definitely return.

Food quality is consistently high, utilizing premium ingredients, and presentation, temperature, and taste are impeccable. The restaurant maintains a spotless interior, including restrooms. The complimentary children’s meal offered with each entrée on Sundays is a significant benefit. Reservations are accepted for added convenience. However, convenient parking can be challenging on peak days due to its location outside Park City Mall.
