We had 11 dining. Food was good. Total chaos delivering the correct meal to the correct diner. Servers know the order in which food order was taken and should use that info to deliver the meal? Myself, I should have received gravy with my meal, but didn’t. Menu stated “CHOICE OF MEATS” but I was told bacon was not allowed to be ordered with the UNCLE HERSCHEL.
I’ll think twice before recommending CB for our group’s next breakfast meeting.

I appreciate the ambiance of Cracker Barrel. Service was quick, we were seated immediately and our orders were taken shortly afterwards. The waitress was pleasant and polite. When asked a question she didn’t have the answer to, she didn’t hesitate to apologize and take the initiative to go and find out.
Unfortunately, our coffee wasn’t hot at all. Also, my order was not accurate according to the description on the menu. Our waitress addressed the matter to no avail. I was given the same item as a replacement. It to was not accurate as to the menus discerption. This item was the soul reason for the meal that I ordered.
Nonetheless, our overall visit was pleasant. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the staff, as well as the courtesy of the waitress.

I’m a black man! When I went inside the restaurant to pick up my online order, the cashier didn’t hand over my order right away after telling her my name. She looked in the system to verify if I paid first. But I watched a white man walk behind the counter to pick up his online order without her asking questioning him. I am not a criminal or a thug. I demand the same respect and dignity as well!

The waitress kindly waited until our party who hadn’t seen each other in about 20 years was finally ready to order. The atmosphere was nice not too noisy. The food was good, except the mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold as well as cold gravy. The sales clerks in the store were kind enough to snap a picture of our party. I would recommend this restaurant, but maybe consider the mashed potatoes very carefully.

The biscuits were so tender and tasty. I loved those biscuits. The country ham was good but a bit too salty for my taste. The scrambled eggs were cooked to my taste. The thing i did not like was the grits that tasted scorched, and they had lumps, because they were not stirred regularly. But overall, my husband and I enjoyed our meal. Hope they do better with the grits next time. The waitress for was very hospitable and served us very well. We came because of Veteran’s Day.

We have been to Cracker Barrel so many times and locations but unfortunately this visit was our least favorite visit. Entrance was typical Cracker Barrel style which is my favorite part of coming in, always enjoy the store to look around as they always have cute items to see. We got seated quickly, it seemed like they dimmed the lights in the section we were in, our waiter was nice, the biscuits were good and that’s about it, all of the food we ordered was disappointing, one of our favorites to get here typically is the hash brown casserole and it was so dry and crunchy in spots like it had been made awhile ago, needless to say we won’t be back again.

We came In as a party of 2, we were seated promptly and greeted by our server (Diana)
She brought our drinks out (which she never refilled) and took our order. We watched our food sit on the expo line for several minutes while our server Yapped with another server, when she finally felt like it was time to bring us our food and appetizer all at once, she did. Our food was cold and part of our meal was missing, when we asked our server for the rest of it, she said (oh you wanted that ? I didn’t think you would want it some people don’t.) I guess she thought we didn’t need the dipping sauce for our onions either. At this point we just gave up asking for our stuff.

Biscuits were good first round second round they were undercooked. Main course was great and delicious! Sweet tea on point didn’t taste funny or too strong. Service was nice but the waitress only came once to refill drinks and check on us. Other than that she was still a great server polite and kind. Workers were respectful and joyful. I really enjoyed my experience here with my family.

After my order was taken by a very nice and professional young man I browsed through the store and although I saw some very nice items I didn’t buy anything. My order was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. Reasonably priced and delicious!
