I’ve visited the East Side location three times over the past few months and the West Side location just last week. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to the East Side anytime soon. The service was very disappointing—no acknowledgment upon arrival, and our drinks didn’t arrive until about 30 minutes later, after the food had already been served. The waiter seemed overwhelmed, and management offered no support. One manager in particular (dark skinned) appeared more focused on giving orders than helping his team. Holding a leadership position means setting an example, especially for younger or less experienced staff. Hospitality may not be the right fit if you’re unwilling to step in and assist when needed.
As for the West Side location, the experience was similar in some ways, but our waitress made a big difference. She was upfront, honest, and did everything she could with the resources she had. My compliments go to her for her effort and professionalism.

Went to dinner on December 27th with family ordered got out food and 2 of the 3 meal we ordered came out cold, fries were cold not even warm and the asparagus looked and felt like rubber. Had them remake the one dish and it came back and the fries had enough seasoning for a whole bag of fries and the asparagus came back the same way. Said something about it to the manager and she said in a real horrible attitude and while walking away at the same time Saying it’s not to your liking there is nothing she can do about it and that we could pay whenever we were ready. We paid and we’re getting in our car and another waiter came out talking crap to us saying that we are trash people and that we smell like the asparagus the tries to serve us.the manager that night has no business being a manager anywhere and act like that and then let their employees do that to customers. Worst experience of my life could of had a better dinner at the food bank.

Alicia was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She was fast, and it was like she knew when we would need something. Her service was excellent, the conversation was nice and every table around us seemed like they also enjoyed her positive attitude every time she came by. The food was good and came out quick.

We’ve been to this Perkins a few times this summer. Always great food! Compliments to the head chef! Got a 6 pack of muffins yesterday before heading to Mitchell for a parade, my kids loved them. This will definitely be our regular spot when we go out to eat.
