We ordered a 4 piece Rollz, they were good, they coulda used some more Flavor( just our opinion) but they were good none the less. And we got a large house special pizza, it was heavy, and full of toppings. Pizza was great, the crust is very good. And our daughter got a Caesar salad, it had plenty of ingredients!!

Very groovy spot for delicious drinks & mocktails, salads, appetizers, pizzas, calzones, and more! Our server, Elmo, was amazing! Mango margaritas were delicious! We also enjoyed our steak & cheese calzone, and cobb salad. There is some beautiful eye candy to behold, as well! Lots of unique art to enjoy inside & outside! Go eat there!

Service great, loved the lady working there got a pizza to go so haven’t tried it but the burger buns were cooked a little too much and gave off a burnt taste and feeling. The Ritz burger tastes plain with the only thing adding a taste was the pickles. It felt quiet and dark, and I definitely wouldn’t eat here if I wasn’t going to eat pizza. Took about 30 minutes to get the food, btw which was 2 burgers and one pizza

I always love coming to mellow Mushroom for their Pizza. This time, we tried a different appetizer. Instead of the pretzel bites, we tried their new Pizza rolls. They were absolutely delicious. I loved the three different sauces that came with them. You haveyou’ve getting our pizzas out? For some reason took longer than normal. They informed us that they were backlogged with to go orders. But I would think they would want to take care of the customers in the restaurant first. Overall was not bad. We’ll definitely come back again.

We’ve only been twice, but they treated us so well each time. Our drinks stayed full, the food was delicious and the wait reasonable. They also treated our cats to cups of tasty chicken while we ate. Incredible service, 5 stars, A+. The cats 5 tuna!

This was a lunch stop in the middle of a long driving day.
The restaurant is so kitschy and fun.
We sat at the bar and both bartenders were friendly and attentive. We split the caesar salad and Buffalo chicken pizza. YUM.

1. No silverware was placed on the table as we sat down or when we ordered food.
2. Of the cocktails ordered for 2 people, the mimosa tasted like juice, and barely a splash of champagne. The sunset in paradise was tasty.
3. One person’s food (a pizza) arrived tepid. It then got colder as there was no silverware offered, no utensil to move pizza from pan to plate, and no food brought to the second person.
4. Second person’s food finally arrived without substituted side of fries. Waiter says he is sorry, there was a problem ringing up the tots but they are being prepared then. When it was called out that fries were ordered, the waiter then says, “ oh there are no fries. Just tots.”
5. Waiter did not return for refills. Waiter did not return to check on satisfaction with meal. Waiter did not return with tots…
6. When the waiter did FINALLY return, he asked if we are ready for checks. He is reminded that the tots never arrived. Waiter says he thought someone else was bringing them. He apologized and says he will be right back.
7. Waiter returns with checks. The one check is reduced to sandwich price only (bc that is all that ever arrived for food on that order). Cocktail price is removed from the bill.
The other persons bill is correct.
8. When we were seated, the couple to our left had been told by their waiter “I’m sorry, I totally forgot about you.” As they had been waiting for a check. It took forever for the waitress to return with the check.
9. As we left the restaurant, a woman was speaking with the manager to lodge a complaint as well.
10. Until we left and saw the manager, it appeared that the place was staffed mainly with young people. They did seem to be very talkative and laughing in the kitchen area. Glad staff gets along well. We never saw the manager back in that area or walking around (until we left and he was listening to a complaint).
I hate to leave bad reviews. I am an easy going customer and l don’t like to show out in restaurants. I don’t want anything from anyone there. I don’t want anything extra. I haven’t been nasty in my comments or to staff there. I just wanted to mention my experience so that others know they MAY have the same happen. And hopefully the manager will work with staff a little more to improve the process. It’s important to be sure young employees understand roles and expectations and are trained to do a great job.
