I celebrated my birthday here yesterday with my family and we really enjoyed it. We ordered the mixed combos BBQ with cheese and corn, and tofu soup, they were very tasty! We were satisfied with what we ordered. Also, the staff were very nice and accommodating. They gave us free ice creams and a $25 gift card for my birthday (cake not included). The restaurant is clean and quiet. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed the food. I think it’s one of the best Korean restaurants l’ve been to. I enjoyed everything and will come back. I love their Gimbap it was tightly wrapped and held its shape. The Jaeyook Dupbab the L7 for lunch was delicious. I always got to have the corn cheese at Korean restaurants. I can’t wait to try more. I need to try the Korean bbq later for future visits with family.

Rice cake with fired pork chop is tasty but a bit too salty for me. However it’s loaded with cheese and the tonkatsu is crispy. Good combination. Ginseng chicken soup is superp. Variety of ingredients, tendor while chicken, good portion and delicious.

This place does not get the recognition it deserves!!! This place is a hidden jem , but it’s so out in the open in the mix of where all the traffic resides on Central Avenue, Whenever you have a moment, you guys should stop in because not only is the customer service amazing. The drinks are amazing. The food is amazing and every time I come here, I don’t see many people, but I think this place deserves more Business!!!

Food and service were amazing! We went for dinner on a Friday night and ordered the combo BBQ. You know that scene from the movie Ratatouille where the food critic tastes Remy’s food and instantaneously has childhood flashbooks of his mom’s cooking? That was my experience here. Everything was delicious and there was so much food – They don’t charge you extra for banchan as some other restaurants do!

MJ was a wonderful server and she cooked our meat perfectly. Not only was she so attentive to our table, but she gave me a sense of community, comfort and belonging through her kindness and most importantly, food! MJ was bouncing around from table to table engaging in friendly conversations with every table. She made our night! Seoul’s Korean food is the closest I’ve tasted that reminds me of my own mom’s home cooking. It really hit the spot and I highly recommend others to try it out. This is a gem in the capital district. Their staff is so wonderful and welcoming, so you’ll feel right at ease even if you’ve never had Korean BBQ before. 10/10!

Let me say this. We were looking for a place to try Korean BBQ and we were lucky to find this place. The amount of food as you can see in the picture was amazing and I truly loved everything about this place.

Our waiter Ricky was very nice and accommodated us newbies on what things were. The owner ( I didn’t catch her name) was AMAZING! She took time to speak with us and even cooked some of the meat for us!! She put us on to Soju a Korean liquor with Cass a Korean beer — it was amazing and I find myself looking for both of those until I find them! We ordered the beef combo and added pork belly to it as well… The combo comes with an appetizer and soup and both were excellent!! The corn and cheese app was amazing two of my favorite things.. the bean soup was also amazing, so much flavor and just a little kick of heat. It was all delicious

Normally when you go out people are trying to push you out .. we felt the opposite, we were welcomed and treated as family. We WILL be coming back soon to enjoy everything and then some.

Please support this business and enjoy yourselves like we did.

Tell em Vin Vin sent you, I’m trying to see something. Maybe I’ll see you there!!

Until next time,
Vin Vin

Bbq is perfect! All meat was so fresh, staff very friendly, owner is such a wonderful person. Accompanying dishes were also excellent. A few of my party ordered off the menu and they were very impressed with their dishes, especially the bibimpop! I strongly recommend this restaurant whether you are a Korean food fanatic or a curious first timer!

Seoul has become my favorite restaurant in town! Authentic food, real nice staff. Went to this restaurant at least five times since their opening already. Jjampong (spicy seafood noodles soup), squid pork stir fries among others are highly recommended.

Excellent seafood hot pot with fresh cods, octopus legs, crabs, shrimps, radish, and glass noodles! Enough to share with two people. Very authentic heathy seafood broth. Nice service and atmosphere.

TLDR: Growing pains & lack of variety. Wait a bit to return so they can hire more staff and offer more side dishes.

Same owner as Seoul Korean Restaurant, so expect quality and authenticity! Excellent meat and banchan quality. It’s about the same cost as other KBBQ places.

Unfortunately there is no other banchan than the ones put in front of you. Any KBBQ fan knows banchan is what makes a good piece of meat into an EXCELLENT mini dish! The sauces were simply not good: Frank’s hot sauce and ponzu.

Only 2 staff working on a Saturday night. They were super kind and very apologetic of the long wait times—but it was LONG. Not their fault at all, hopefully the owner hires more waitstaff/runners soon because it was it was a SERIOUS experience killer. Our table’s drinks and sides were completely forgotten, and our lettuce too, but we were later told they actually ran out entirely. We wanted more sides but knew better than to ask due to how busy the staff were. Again, not the waitstaff’s fault, and they were super nice & efficient: management needs to hire more people.

Lastly: it seems like the serving sizes are super big! We got the 4 people combo and it was a LOT of meat. Leftovers were cooked and packed up by the kitchen, although we wish we were able to take it home raw.
