Went for the walleye sandwich and wanted to try the online ordering to see if it was faster than the drive-thru. Monday 2/23, placed order for 11:45 a.m. pick up time. Arrived at 11:47 a.m., notified via text and email. Food arrived at 11:58 am. The drive-thru would have been faster. The lower half of the walleye sandwich was saturated in grease and I was not able to pick it up because it was so mushy. The fish fillet was thick in pretty large. There was almost zero lettuce. The fries were at the bottom of the bag tipped over and literally, all over the bottom of the bag, not even warm;as if they had been placed in their 1st, waiting for the sandwich. The half lemonade half unsweetened tea was extremely good however there was approximately 5 tiny ice cubes,I guess they had already melted. The signature sauce was really good it tasted like a combination of ranch and parmesan cheese. That was a 35-cent up charge. Over generous on the napkin salt and pepper, 10 napkins, 8 salt and 7 pepper packets. At $15.56 the quality was not worth the value.

Our burgers were dripping with grease and we ordered buffalo tenders but they served us regular and gave us hot sauce to make them spicy when we questioned it .
After several different trials we come to the conclusion that we will not be eating at Culver’s if close by to an interstate. The one near our house is going to be our goto and it’s not near an interstate.
We do not recommend this Culver’s location.

I had a great experience at Culver’s. The restaurant was clean and quiet, which made it really comfortable to sit and enjoy my meal. The food tasted fresh and was surprisingly good for the price. Everything was affordable, and the service was friendly and efficient. I honestly have no complaints and would definitely come back again.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, specially if is a bad one. But today I had a terrible experience in this Culver’s location. I order at 4:17 an even though I was the ONLY ONE, in line, it took them almost 20 minutes to give me my food. Which I ended up picking up in the counter, since I got tired to wait in my car. Very disappointing when you are looking for something fast and friendly. Never again in this location.

The drive-through took forever, we were in a dead stop for almost 10 minutes. Then we had to wait in a parking spot for our food to come. when they took the sticker off the side mirror the mirror came off and then they gave us fish tenders instead of chicken tenders and they forgot a ranch and they put our cheese cards upside down in the bag. once we got our food it was very good though.

Well, we enjoy the food, but the orders are always wrong. There’s always things missing and all you get instead of apologies are black stares and constant attitude. Other locations in the area are not as bad, and much more pleasant in customer service. Absolutely frustrating having to go to the drive through only to have to go in to get missing items. This is especially tough during the summer months with ice cream and shakes melting.

Can’t go wrong with Culver’s, they make about the best fast food burger around, and the frozen custard is always top notch, PLUS, their root beer is the best hidden secret in the fast food world. This location has always been good all around anytime we go. The staff don’t do much interaction but are friendly, that’s fine by me as I like to just order my food and eat it without having a conversation with a staff member. Inside is always very clean. I think about the only negative I’ve ever had is they ran out of ketchup in the station by the fountain drinks so you had to walk up to the counter to get some. Overall I always enjoy trips to Culver’s.

We came here for the first time last year and decided to go back while we were in the area again.

The double burger was really good. Boiling hot and fresh with lovely flavoursome thin patties with crispy edges! It was even better than we remembered from last year.
The bun was really fresh and soft and the fries were nice (nothing special but still good)

Also got a concrete with their special espresso flavour of the day. Really good strong coffee flavour.

The service was really good. The staff all seem very young but they are helpful and friendly.

Will definitely be back again.

I ordered two items last night – a salad and a scoop of ice cream. They DID NOT give me my sundae. My order was picked up by someone else and they had no idea what I had ordered. When they got back to the hotel, my sundae was not there.

When you have an order with 2 items on it, how do you not include one of the items? It was not at closing time, pay attention to DETAILS….its not difficult.

We have eaten at Culver’s all over this country during travel and frequent the one at home in Lexington, Kentucky often. I’ve never had a more weird interaction with the drive-thru person. Additionally, we have now waited 20 minutes for our food and still don’t have it. In the drive-thru! I don’t know if the people that purchased this building are just proud of the building or they’re proud of the service. They should get their butts in here on a Sunday and help their workers. My husband and I have owned businesses for 14 years and never in a million years would we allow our service to get this bad without getting our butts in there and being present to help. My husband finally had to go in and pick up the food as it was literally just sitting on the counter. I know we live in spoiled world But 20 minutes waiting outside and the floor to heat is a long time when the food is literally sitting on the counter inside!
