Freddy’s is always a great stop for a quick meal. We were on a long road trip so came in for a burger.
The line to order was short. Mostly just employees buying food. We ate outside. The outside seating is about 4 tables.
There seemed to be a problem with the iced tea so a couple of employees were cleaning up that mess.
The hamburger was a little cold. I asked for extra onion and got none but they gave me some when I went in to ask.
The cheese curds are really good and always a favorite. I was going to order onion rings but I saw someone else had them and they looked very over cooked so I went with fries.
The fries here are the best when they are hot and fresh. It is definitely worth your time to try them.
The location is in a good place. Nearby shopping and easy to get to main roads.

What a mediocre experience.
The person taking our order was fine, the employees in the back cooking were throwing around curse words when new orders came in that can clearly be heard in the lobby with families present.
The tables were dirty.
Our cheese curds sat in the window for 6+min, no one called out our number. Finally someone came around and asked if we had an order and handed us lukewarm cheese curds claiming they had just came out of the fryer.
I would skip this location and visit the Freddy’s on 21st and Tyler.

Started in Wichita, although it’s a national chain now, many consider it and treat it as a local place. The food at this location is always on point. There are plenty of booths and seating inside to enjoy your meal and some custards if you please. It was really busy, but they have a great system down. We had our food in 5 minutes.
The chili cheese dog is a great size. If you’ve never been, the number 1 is their classic meal. Stringy fries for all and the burgers are thin, but delicious.
I’ve never had a dirty location of all my visits. Nice place to bring the family for a quick meal and dessert! Enjoy!

I’m not someone to write reviews especially negative ones but this was my breaking point. I live in Alaska and have been craving Freddy’s for so long. I’m finally back in KS for the holiday and after a loooooong day of multiple hour flight delays/complications and 30+ hours of no sleep. I wanted to treat myself with some Freddy’s. We did drive-thru and when we got there both lanes are PACKED. Whatever, it’s busy. No problem. After about 15 minutes we finally get up to the speaker and……nothing…we watched several other people pull up, place their order, and pull thru with the other lane. We decided to pull thru and order at the window since the speaker was getting us no where. After another 5-10min we get to the window the girl working the drive thru was nice enough to let us order at the window and was apologetic. Totally understandable. They got us our food out rather quick and I couldn’t wait to dive in! We drive off….. WRONG ORDER!! All we asked for were 3 singles, 1 with everything and 2 with no mustard or onion, then 3 reg fry. Open the bag and it’s ONLY mustard/onion. As someone who hates mustard, that was my last straw and tipping point of this terrible travel day. I had been dreaming of this burger the whole day…. HIGHLY disappointed to say the least. At least the fries were good…Thank you for reading to the end if you made it this far…

I understand this place is busy, I just wish they would do a better job of cleaning of tables so that w doing have to ask it stand around and wait for a table to be cleaned of. As well, one of the trash cans was completely full and overflowing and humans just keep stuffing the trash in. I just feel like with all the help you have in the kitchen someone could afford to keep the dining area a little more clean.

My sister and I went into Freddy’s this evening to relax, talk and have a bite to eat. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal and a jalapeño burger meal. Once back at our table to eat I realized that my meal was not correct at all and the fries were cold. Not very good. I usually never have any issues but today must have just been an off day .

Hamburgers, Hot Dog, fries and Famous Turtle Sundae, Worms and Dirt Sundae, M&M sundae, was fantastic tonight. Everything was fresh and hot and the hamburgers the best I have had here to date. The Turtle Sundae was also the best I have had to date, the hot fudge and Carmel were warm and gooey the nuts crunchy…yum yum.
