Girl at the drive thru was rushing through the Order as if she had a train to catch.
We ordered 6 Mcchickens, a quarter pounder burger , Large fries and 10pc chicken nuggets.
This is not the first time I have ordered here and gotton bad service. I usually let things go. But today after all the doctor appts, and having to rush home we figured we would order from McDonalds to save time. Really pissed at the place.
Waste of my money and time. Should have gone straight home. Yuck fries cold and hard. Super disappointing to find bacon in burger even after we asked to make sure no bacon in anything.
Ridiculous service. Though this location is closer to us and should have saved us time. This experience again again just goes to prove when service sucks twice or 3 thrice it’s not just their bad day. it will continue to suck and get worse. Please SKIP THIS LOCATION

Had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s computers went down after I ordered from the kiosk and to top the problem the kiosk did not print a receipt for my order. I waited for the problem to get fixed about a good 20 minutes at least possibly longer. I tried to show the manager my order off my app but wouldn’t get my order done whats the reason for the app if they couldn’t get my order from it? I guess she rather have a lobby full of people waiting for the problem to get fixed

Food’s no better or worse than any other McDonalds, but y’all seriously need to work on your employees’ customer service skills. Multiple people working here have stank attitudes and ill manners. I get it, I’ve worked fast food before, it sucks, but it also sucks getting off your 12hr shift and someone’s being snippy with you, and everyone else ahead of you, in the drive thru. That’s just not right.

The guy in the window sounded like he needs to quit his job and didn’t listen while we were ordering our food and drinks when we told them specifically saying we didn’t want ice in our drinks and they still put ice in the drinks and rufesed to make it right after it was reiterated at the window. We also didn’t get or full order but them rufesing to do anything to help us was absurd. Would not recommend coming through after dark hopefully day shift is better.

Nice looking store. It was about 230-3am… the employee that took tbe order was “milk toast” in their acquisition of my 2 orders(told ahead there would be 2)… 1 was right, 1 was not, but grateful it was close to our hotel and quick to get back after a long drive. A bit more personable taking orders if I might suggest. Not leave awkward silence after each thing said, and a bit more pleasantry in the delivery.

It’s kind of frustrating because this mc donalds used to be my favorite. But there is a guy when i come by around 4:30 or so that just talks to me like I’m stupid for being there or like it’s such a burden to take my order. I pause between when i talk to make sure the employee hear me correctly and such and he acts like it’s so annoying.

Today was my first time coming to this location and I will not be returning. Whoever worked the drive thru this afternoon was so rude because she couldn’t hear my boyfriend. Not his fault and you’re working a drive thru the voice of the company. Youd think they’d have more compassion and be friendlier

When the “anything eeeeeeelse” guy (American, blond, with glasses and long hair) isn’t working the drive-thru at night, all the employees are very good and provide excellent customer service. However, that guy is terrible. He should be fired or simply transferred to the kitchen where he doesn’t interact with customers. 4 stars because of the times I’ve been there and that irritating guy wasn’t working the drive-thru

Every time i come through this drive through the monotone guy who is ALWAYS working the speaker is disrespectful and cannot seem to get my order right. He talks to you like you just broke out of the asylum. Food is good (that’s if buddy put the order in right), the rest of the staff is always pleasant to chat with.
