Came in with my family for Thanksgiving break and had an awesome visit at Denny’s. The staff was friendly, working together smoothly, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. My food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted great. The waffles were soft, warm, and super delicious—definitely the highlight of the meal. I also got a strawberry milkshake, and it was creamy, sweet, and made just right. Overall, everything from the teamwork to the food made this stop a really good experience.

I’m in a wheelchair, & they were my kind enough to suggest seating me & my husband in an unopened area of the restaurant so we didn’t block the aisle. They were still attentive, despite all the other customers on the other side of the restaurant. After a 7 day trip, this was a nice, quiet respite.

Overall meal was good, of course pancake was SUPER SWEET(cinnamon roll pancake), but over all extremely good.

My husband and I went in around 8:30 last night. Restaurant was spotless and we got greeted instantly. Our waitress Cindy was amazing on top or drinks, food, etc. I got to talk to Cindy and the manager Dom and they answered every single question I had with great information!! Definitely will be coming back!

We sat down and got coffee and ordered. It took the wait staff 45 minutes to come back and top us up. around the hour mark they brought us our food. What I ordered was almost completely raw, the hash browns were cold and didn’t even get flipped on the grill. The eggs looked fairly normal on the outside but the whole inside was almost like someone cracked an egg on my plate. After seeing this I sent it back and got over medium eggs instead of over easy. to my amazement they did the exact same thing with the new plate followed by “this place sucks” from our server. My girlfriend ordered scrambled eggs and they were almost as bad. The cherry on top is that our host and all of the staff were acting very weird as if they were smoking something in the back. Our hostess even fell into the our booth as she was walking us there. I’ve been to this Denny’s a dozen times or more and it was never like this. Please for the love of god do not go here, I’d beg you if I could.

UPDATE #2: We took my mother-in-back in on Sunday, sat in the same area, and the music was perfect. Not too loud but loud enough that we couldn’t hear other conversations. Softer music versus loud, banging rock. Food and service were great, as always. Thank you!

My husband and I recently took my mother-in-law to this Denny’s for breakfast. She has moderate dementia and wears hearing aids, so she cannot easily hear or comprehend what people say unless they speak slowly, clearly, and at a higher volume. The volume of the music playing during our visit made any communication with her nearly impossible. We asked our waitress if the volume could be lowered, and she replied she would ask “her” if she would turn it down. Whoever “she” is did not. I do not know when it became so common for restaurants to play music so loud, but for some people doing this makes it very difficult to have any kind of conversation.

I brought my football team here with about 20 of my guys and they were fast to get the order and drinks to the table so the service was amazing and fast the food looked super appetizing and tasted even better than it looked. we got seated in our own area of the restaurant. A lot of my players got some of their new items such as the turkey dinner, spaghetti and new value slams. Everything was past expectations I was very happy with my server Jasmine she killed it
