Food was very mid. Enchiladas were okay…that the main thing I wanted and but the chalupa and crispy were good. Ordered a pain killer I don’t know who made my first drink but it was HORRIBLE tastes like straight liquor! Couldn’t taste the coconut or pineapple….I asked to remove it from my check but manager said they can’t remove liquor off a tab. So she remade my drink and it was way better

This was my favorite place to come atleast every two weeks. Now I don’t want to come back anymore. The ribeye special was my fave they no longer have it and not even a similar plate to purchase at regular price. The beans taste out of a can and the rice was super dark old and dry today. The enchiladas were good, but the tacos….although i explained that they tasted like dog food to the waitress, I wouldn’t have given it to my dog.

She went back and asked someone in the kitchen about my complaint and I received an “I’m sorry you didn’t like it.””

Perhaps had i not eaten tacos before, or maybe if I wasn’t of Hispanic descent, that might have been a reasonable reply to my concern.

Perhaps the only way to get someone to actually listen to your complaint about their food quality is to leave a message on Google.

Great food! Searching for places to eat in the area and this place popped up. Delicious plates, a selection of drinks and great service. Stopped by on a Tuesday evening, and they had karaoke night it was fun to listen and watch. We’ve been here several times now. Highly recommended!

My wife and decided we wanted to eat menudo so we figured this was gna have an amazing taste. We drove from Kingsville to visit Victoria area and shop at the mall. But before we decided to eat lunch at Guadalajara. We both ordered the menudo. I asked the waitress if there was menudo available. She said yes immediately,then I asked the question if the menudo meat was cut to small chunks. The waitress right away answered yes. Then she said they got after the cook for not cutting the menudo in small chunks. Due to customer complaints that the meat was too big to eat and very chewy. When she came to the table with the menudo….it was a big disappointment. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT MENUDO THERE. The waitress hardly came around and the cashier was totally rude. No respect in manners in asking if everything was OK. Just directly to charge. I recommend the best Guadalajara Restaurant is in Annaville off Leopard St. In Corpus.

Tried this place with my husband and little ones and the service was great. The location itself is clean and open and the prices are very reasonable for the area. The portions are fairly large, even the kids plates.

We decided to try a new spot. So glad we did. The food was excellent. My son and I shared the sampler plate. My husband had the steak fajita burrito. We couldn’t finish it all. Great value for the money. And very family friendly.

Update: after several months and trips back, the food and service are still great. It’s now on our regular rotation of restaurants.
