This location over cook their food. The fries are always dark brown with black burnt spots. Time before this they burnt the bagel and laid the egg and all on burnt bagel. This time the drinks weren’t made. The Caucasian Lady making drinks and handing food at 1215-1230 time range on March 1, 2026 was moving slow to make my drink then she saw i was looking and walk to grab a bag and place it in front of the drink. Took her 5 minutes to make 1 drink. She wanted to put something in it so watch the ca.eras and catch her. Uploading the photo on their overcooked fries that are likely cooked in old grease. I don’t recommend this location. Half the meal can’t be eaten. Burger had a funny taste. Maybe the lettuce is expired or something.

I hate to give 2 stars, I tried the Big Arch and cannot recommend it. They tried something new, but the combination of too much American cheese, a funky sauce, and the odd beef patty seasoning does not work. They just need to go back to the old school Big Mac with the original larger patties.

The whole reason I went to McDonald’s was for monopoly, both my large drinks, my large fries, and my burgers didn’t have any monopoly stickers. On top of that the Dr Pepper was really watered down.

terrible. they hustled not busy in there and they told us they had too much to do. the automated ordering system doesn’t work correctly. no one is manning the front registers. you have to scream for help.

Crews are nice when they served foods for us but when we came inside facilities they didn’t greeting us for customers. We used to kiosk. Parking lot light bulb is out. So keep bulb is blinking one of them. But foods are pretty good.

Went today 10/1/25 at 11:15am and the girl working the front was so sweet and attentive. I brought my two young children which is always a little nerve racking bringing them into eating establishments and they made us feel so welcome. She brought them crayons and coloring sheets, a puzzle and even noticed when my son accidentally dropped his fries and brought him a new one. They went above and beyond!

I love McDonald’s and I’ve tried many locations all around the world. This particular location is very close to the local hospital but not close to my house. On a trip to the hospital on this day I decided to stop in and check it out. The location is not the most difficult location to get in and out of but it’s not the easiest either. There is a lot of roadwork going on at the moment and traffic congestion is apparent. The food was prepared to my liking, I always customize my orders, and the staff was kind and attentive. Food was hot and fresh and I would recommend this location if you’re in the area.

Made the mistake of going to this location to get ice cream. I paid $8.63 and was handed 2 of the smallest sundaes I’ve ever seen, they didn’t even fill it to the top of the cup. When I complained the employee just shrugged.
