We LOVE Chick-fil-A. The food was great and my kids love the play place. I am on their rewards email list and I get a reward at least once a month for something free to come in and eat l, usually breakfast. However last month it was the new pretzel sandwich which is amazing as well as the Cherry Berry Sprite. Without the free promo I doubt I would have tried them and found my new favorites to eat! Also Todd is amazing. He’s so cheerful and a delight to have in the dining room. My kids love talking to him and if we go weekly he usually remembers them from week to week and asks about how an event in their life went.

Was in need of catering for a luncheon and called the Holland store for options. Worked with Todd K directly the day before and he laid out several options. The food was great, the service was prompt. I arrived early for scheduled pick-up and the food was ready, and my catering day was seamless ( even utilized a warmer they had as I had a bit of a drive ). I will use Chick-Fil-A Holland catering again, without doubt. Their product is great, and Todd was beyond helpful and cheerful and certainly helped earned future business.

I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A in Holland! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and quick service. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which made for a pleasant visit.
I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries, and they were both delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the fries were just the right amount of savory. I also treated myself to their seasonal peppermint shake, and it was absolutely fantastic—rich, creamy, and the perfect blend of peppermint flavor. It’s a must-try!
What impressed me most was the level of customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s nice to see a place that truly values its customers.
Overall, I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location. The great food and exceptional service, especially with their peppermint shake, make it a favorite of mine. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

Great place for fresh, fried chicken! Reasonable prices and kind staff. For those visiting for the first time, after you enter there are 3 lines: left is for the parking lot/curbside pickup/dine-in area, middle is for mobile orders, and right is for the drive-through.

We had a great experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My daughter actually fell in the restaurant, but fortunately was not hurt. Someone from management came right over and made sure she was okay. Then they were kind enough to bring her a small cow stuffed animal. This turned her frown into a big smile! Thank you Chick-fil-A!

Went during lunchtime on a Saturday. The owner or manager was out in the dining area talking to the guests, very friendly, offered to get our drinks refilled while we ate. Food was delicious.

Consistent and Accurate Service
We always get food from this location and it’s hot, fresh, and correct. We special order food with extra pickles and each time the pickles are piled high. The kids here are well trained and polite. Never have to deal with attitudes or anger.

I was not planning on getting Chick-Fil-A that day. It was Saturday, January 20 around 12:30pm, and I was out and about shopping. The smell of their waffle fries was so good! So… I followed the sweet aroma of the food…I ended up in their drive-thru…
I bought some Nuggets for my 3 year-old and Spicy chicken deluxe Sandwich for myself. Of course, you gotta have their delicious waffle fries! I went to their drive-thru and a kind young man took my order and his name is Reagan (he’s in one of my pictures- by the white van). He asked how I was doing and asked for my name for the order and he said, “I love serving others. It’s a good feeling. I can’t really describe it, but I like serving.” That just touched my heart!
Then I asked for his name for this review purpose. He told me he was named after a president and he learned a lot about President Reagan. I can tell that this young man likes his job and DO LOVE SERVING OTHERS and talking to people!
WARNING : Chick-Fil-A has great customer service (outdoor). I would definitely return to get their nuggets and one of their sandwiches. Their drive-thru system is so efficient and so quick, it motivates me to come back in the future!
