The food was delicious, and the fondue was absolutely amazing! The service was awesome—everyone was super friendly and attentive. My only complaint was the white chocolate with strawberry fondue—it came out more like a soup and didn’t have any whipped cream, so it really missed the mark compared to everything else. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and I’d definitely come back

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time! Wonderful food, atmosphere was excellent. However our server (the lovely blonde with the fabulous make up and “faith” tattoo) made it an INCREDIBLE experience♡ Im so sorry i cant remember her name and lost her note… she went above and beyond to check on us, was so courteous, and kind. I wish I could remember her name because I want her to be my new friend, she was that awesome.

My wife and I chose The Melting Pot for our 16th wedding anniversary – a special night out to celebrate 16 wonderful years together. We were excited for the fondue experience, and the food itself was tasty as expected. Unfortunately, the service turned what should have been a romantic, memorable evening into one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing restaurant experiences we’ve ever had.
Our server was okay during the meal, but everything fell apart at the end. I left what I considered a reasonable tip (about 15% on a fairly expensive bill for two). The server returned to the table, looked at the tip amount, and immediately called me out loudly in front of nearby tables: “This is it? Seriously? After everything we did for you?” She escalated right away, raising her voice and lecturing us about how hard servers work and how “if you can’t afford to tip properly, you shouldn’t come to a place like this.” It was humiliating, especially on our anniversary – we felt publicly shamed over gratuity in a room full of other couples.
We calmly asked to speak with a manager. The acting manager (male) came over, heard a brief summary of the issue, and then – mid-conversation – literally walked away to greet and attend to another newly seated table. He never returned or followed up, leaving us hanging while the confrontation was still fresh. It was incredibly dismissive, like our complaint and our special occasion weren’t worth his time.
The only positive was the assistant manager (a woman) who stepped in later. She was very helpful, genuinely apologetic, listened fully to what happened, and tried her best to make amends with some compensation and sincere concern. She was professional and caring – a stark contrast to the rest.
We left feeling embarrassed and upset instead of celebrated. For a milestone like our 16th anniversary, this was unacceptable. The server’s aggressive tip-shaming and the male manager’s abrupt abandonment ruined the night. I can’t recommend this location unless you’re okay risking drama over a tip. One star solely because the assistant female manager went above and beyond to help salvage what she could. We’ll never return.

It’s a great spot for special occasions. Service and atmosphere is great. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good… but extremely over priced for what you are getting.

We had Charli as our server and she made our day. We didn’t tell anyone that we were celebrating one of our last dates with our two girls before we welcome our third. She served us with such intention and love. She was excited with our girls for the dessert and gave them girly pink fondue sticks they were excited to use. She was amazing and made our date with the kid so easy and exciting!!

The staff here was rude and unhelpful from the very beginning. When I called to make a reservation for my birthday party, Darrin made me feel like a huge inconvenience which is a great tone to set for a birthday celebration.
Initially, I told them the reservation would be for 12 people. After checking the website, which clearly states that the Cascade Room (which I booked) holds up to 16 guests, I invited a couple more people, especially since there is a food and drink minimum. I was then contacted and told the room couldn’t hold 16 and could only accommodate 14 people. When I pointed out that the website says 16, the response I received was, “Well, the DocuSign says 12.”
So which is it—12, 14, or 16?
The entire booking process has been confusing and frustrating, with different answers coming from every source. On top of that, no staff member I spoke with was polite, customer-oriented, accommodating, or even apologetic. Between a $250 deposit, a $50 charge for each no-show guest, and an $82 per-person meal, this is not an inexpensive experience and while it’s not outrageous or extravegant It’s too expensive to already be having such a negative experience before even stepping into the restaurant. I was a little surprised it only had a 4.2 rating on Google. Well it makes sense now.

Updated review to 3 stars because the owner od the restaurant called me personally the same day that I left the review and listened to my concern and offered accommodations as well as took accountability for all of the conflicting information. He was pleasant however I did decide not to move forward with my party at this location because it just felt unprofessional until I talked to the owner.

Spent our last 4 anniversary dinners here. Service was great. Atmosphere was ok. The lighting is a bit odd some seats the lights are directly over you which ruins the atmosphere the food was good they cook it to the temperatures suggested but the steak was chewy and we tried all of their steaks that they have available and every time they’re chewy so they’re not the greatest cuts. However the restaurant is clean the people are great and we do enjoy coming here hence the reason why we keep coming back for our anniversary. A little high on the cost but worth it honestly. Pur sever was Ari (Ariana) she was awesome.

Excellent place to eat. We got the 4 course for 2. Our first time there. It was really very good food and experience. We chose the Wisconson cheese, Pacific entree. And a custome with shrimp, filet Mignon steak and teriyaki steak. Research and Rasbery vinaigrette salads and the turtle chocolate. Our server did seams to miss a couple minor things like giving us small plates to start, and didn’t bring pepper for our salads. But like I said minor. Everything else wonderful.

The Manager, Darin went above and beyond to not only make sure we had great service, but kept coming back to “check in” to see if we were enjoying our food and drinks and if there was anything we needed. There were 5 of us women celebrating a birthday and an engagement. Our waitress, Shea was top notch as well, but to have a manager checking in made our time there better than any of us expected. We all said we can’t wait to come back!

Myself and two friends went for a “Gal-entines” celebration and had a wonderful time! Our server was Brandon, super attentive, social, and knowledgeable for our first time being there. The service made every penny worth it and i would love to go there again!
