Never had an issue with this restaurant until today. Around 6:40 pm today I went through the drive thru and was not greeted until I said hello to see if anyone was there. An older lady took my order fine and gave me my order and I noticed she only gave me salsa roja. I waited at the window to ask her to change the salsa to salsa verde but she left to the front and completely ignored me. An older man and an older lady walked by and both also didn’t bother to ask if I needed anything. I went around and went inside and I saw the first lady taking orders go back to the kitchen and completely ignore me again. I called out to see if I could get help but was completely ignored AGAIN! After not getting any help at all I left and as soon as I got in my car, the lady taking orders magically appeared again. If they can’t be bothered to give basic customer service, then they can easily go find a job in a different field. Very upsetting and gives the restaurant a very bad look!

The food is fairly good but the customer service is extremely bad. Customer service is awful! These folks need to learn how to communicate with their customers better. Waiting in drive-through lanes is bad enough, we get to the window and our order has not been placed and we still have to wait another 15-20 for our order!! Not professional and customer service stinks.

recently dined at this Pollo Regio location and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend it! The service was also fantastic; our waiter, Uriel was very attentive and friendly. No complaints whatsoever our food was served really fast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.

Ordered a large jamaica drink on the side. 3.99
So after taxes that’s 18.51. Correct me if I’m wrong!
Why do I get to the window and the nice lady tells me its 20.01?
Uhhhh ok?
Asking why it’s 20? Her answer was because I got fajita…
She then said if you got it plain it would be 12.99..
So nowhere on the signs did it say charges by the type of meat serving in dish or plain is this price or said that.
Sure 2 dollars.. o this guy sounds broke..

He’s now out 12 bucks. Or probably saved and added himself.
