Food was great place was clean and staff was amazing . Huge shout out to our waiter Daniel E ! He was really attentive and friendly the whole night it was our first time and all his recommendations were great. Best Chain restaurant I’ve ever eaten at this location did not disappoint. I rarely leave a tip but Daniel E was actually the first waitress I met who actually loves their job 1000/10 will visit again. Ask for Daniel E I’m sure the other workers are just as amazing though.

We came in the evening and had to wait a long time because our name was somehow crossed off the waiting list. After sorting it out, we finally got a table about an hour later.
The place was very busy. The interior is beautiful, but unfortunately it didn’t feel very clean. There were clearly not enough servers, and the ones working seemed overwhelmed and exhausted.
First, our salad arrived — with no utensils at all. Then the meat was brought out — again, no knives, no forks, not even napkins. By the time we finally received cutlery, our food had already gone cold.
To be fair, the food itself was delicious — the chef is very talented. If it had been served properly and on time, the experience could have been wonderful.
Later we ordered drinks and waited nearly an hour for them as well. Dirty dishes were left on the table the entire time. It felt like the staff simply didn’t have enough help and weren’t particularly attentive.
Unfortunately, because of the overall experience, we won’t be returning.

Another great visit to LongHorn Steakhouse. The place was clean, organized, and just had that comfortable steakhouse feel you expect. Nothing fancy, just solid and consistent, which honestly is what matters most.
The food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it. Steaks cooked right, good portions, and everything tasted fresh. You go to LongHorn for a dependable meal and they delivered.
Daniel E was excellent as always. Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without hovering. He keeps the experience relaxed but still professional.
And Kristy, the managing partner, is clearly running a tight ship. You can feel the leadership in how smooth everything operates. The staff works well together and the whole restaurant just feels well managed.
Overall, just a really well run location with a strong team behind it. We’ll definitely be back.

From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The service was quick, professional, and super attentive without being overbearing. My steak was cooked to absolute perfection tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sides were just as impressive, especially the mashed potatoes and the fresh bread they bring out before the meal. When we got there, it was no wait. The hostess seated us right away. My only problem was the cleanliness of the booth we were seated at. My server quickly switched our booth with no problem and fixed the problem. When we ordered, the food came out in a timely fashion, and everything was nice and hot. The salad was also fresh.
