I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The employees and the manager were very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, when we asked for ketchup and sauces, they told us we had to pay extra for them. It felt unnecessary and poor customer service. Customers should be treated with respect, and basic condiments shouldn’t become an issue. I hope management improves the service and how they treat customers.

Well, our first order, the lady at the register was, Totally Awesome. But our second order was a different woman, and it was only 2 minutes later. The second woman was not friendly or inviting. Honestly, she acted like I was bothering her because she had to do her job. also, I had a horrible and very hard fall when walking in the door. Because the Dark, sidewalk bricks on the the ground have a hump that isn’t even marked, ALSO NO SIGN, indicating there is A ELEVATED STEP UP OR HUMP in on the sidewalk When I asked the second cashier woman for ice, for my already swollen, bruised, and scraped knee, she looked at me like I was crazy! I said I took a hard fall right at the front door. And she said , ” What do you want me to do?” I replied, I just need a littleoce to put on my knee and foot please. She responded, Not the slightest bit Concerned or interested.
“I mean, all I can do is get you a cup!” She said. And it’s a good thing I said a small cup. Because I would’ve had to pay for it, if not! Not one time, was i asked, “Are you okay?” Nope, I just felt like I was an inconvenience on a slow day. Also, all the 4 orders of French fries were all over cooked to hard to even chew. But honestly very disappointed.

This specific Mcdonald’s is a little different due to its location and diverse traffic.
Slightly understaffed but all staff is very friendly, 6 out of my last 8 visits here my food has been hot and fresh. only 1 of those visits had a long wait due to high event traffic
The lobby is open but every visit it has been incredibly and uncomfortably warm.
I understand they have to mitigate homeless loitering, but i believe if they keep the lobby open it should be mildly comfortable.

The food is always good, however this morning I saw a gentleman come in with a wheelchair. He is obviously homeless and it is very very cold outside this morning. He wasn’t even in there 5 minutes, not even in there long enough to warm his hands up to place an order and the lady mopping started harassing him just for being there. Kept making a move and trying to force him to order something, he literally just got in there. Regardless he’s not hurting anyone, he wasn’t asking for money, he wasn’t doing anything and they just wanted to harass him for existing. Absolutely pathetic y’all.

I give Mc Donald’s a 2 star because there is nothing really exciting about their menu. It’s not really good for you but we still eat it anyways whenever we’re short on time lol. McDonald’s is a hit and miss.. it’s good when it’s fresh but after you finish eating it you will feel icky(for me if I stay with smaller meals because for some reason if I were to actually get full from a McDonald’s meal I can literally feel my blood sugar rise and my heart rate will pick up).
Anywho it’s OKAY service and OKAY good. I do not recommend eating everyday but I’m sure we all knew that.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at this location. They forgot multiple items from my order and I had to go back thru the drive thru twice which was very inconvenient. Every sauce I asked for they were out. I asked for BBQ and honey & was given only ketchup so when I asked again instead of honey I was given pancake syrup lol

OK, order my sandwich. My order was read back to me three times through the drive-through speaker and then the young man at the window read my order back to me and had it correct I got my food and of course it was wrong. I went back to the drive-through, they told me to go up to the second window. I handed the bag to the woman told the woman that there was an issue with it because of a food allergy and she just sat there grinning, and then when she gave me the food back. I told her I said did you not hear me? I said there was an issue Because of a food allergy and she just laughed and said don’t come back and close the window of course the number on the window you call and no one answer the phone. You leave a voicemail and text messages and no one responds.
