We use the mobile app and went to go pick up our food. This location is right on the main highway and easy to find. The people working at the location are a little bit sketchy. However, the one gal working behind the register in the location look like she was a crackhead. The lady that brought us our food was really nice and put a bunch of Arby sauce and horsey sauce in the bag. I’m not sure why it took almost 15 minutes to get six sliders. Not happy that they switched our order and instead of getting four buffalo chicken sandwiches we got one buffalo And four regular when it was supposed to be for Buffalo and one regular. I’m not sure that I would recommend this location to anyone considering that there are several other Arby locations in the area. Highly disappointed since I love Arby’s so much. Please please get it together and think twice before hiring people that look like a crackhead. So you know, employees that look like crackheads don’t make people comfortable when ordering food. FYI I’m sure the gal is super nice but again super sketchy and tweaking all over the place. PS, you should definitely download the mobile app. You get much better deals on the mobile app.

Then realized they were so back logged on orders. 1 guy bagging indoor and drive thru orders. 4 ladies waited a long time for their individual orders. Another lady said she had been waiting for a while for hers n then it was wrong.
Besides the long wait; .. Announcement made: no more curly fries. Yet saw them scooping quite a few.
5 people before us decided us not to wait.
6 people behind us also left.
On top of all that, we got no apologies for the wait.
If, would have known to drive a lil further down the hwy, there were more choices for eateries,…would never have stopped at that Arby.

Prompt service, clean restaurant, and good food. My partner and I enjoyed our meals and the fact there was plenty of seating available at this freshly built (or well maintained) location. The air conditioning was in over-drive which made it a bit chilly inside, but I’m sure that’s just a temporary glitch.

Was going to go to Wendy’s but it was disgusting in there. Came here and the bathrooms were cleaned and friendly staff. Daniel served us and he was really respectful and helpful.

Best Arby’s I have ever eaten at. Restaurant was very clean, showed a 100 score for posted health inspection. Food was awesome, very well prepared. Employees seemed to take pride in their service / job. Very helpful to all customer’s.

The only thing I didn’t like was a small pot hole in the parking lot. It caused me to scape my elbow and leg. They really didn’t seem the concerned about me when I did fall. Just pot hole I fell in. But other than that everything else was great.
