We are a large family, and accommodating us is difficult. This location was able to seat us at a large table. The food was amazing but the service was beyond compare. Ryland is so quick whitted. I have not laughed that much in a long time. He even found a way to use the 6-7 joke for our sons birthday. We will absolutely be returning!

Arrived at pickup time full of hope and hunger, and like a fool who trusts the concept of time, only to be greeted by a 30-minute bonus waiting period I did not order. By the time I finally got my $65 worth of food, including a suggested 10% gratituity for the contactless delivery staff to contaclessly deliver nothing to our vehicle, I had aged emotionally and spiritually. The meal itself appeared to have been cooked thoroughly sometime earlier that day, and then gently chilled by the open embrace of room temperature. A bold culinary choice.
Now let’s talk about the “loaded potato.” I use quotes because this potato was neither loaded nor, frankly, trying. Loaded with the dreams of what could have been. No butter. No cheese. No toppings to load. Just a whole salty potato trying to live it’s best life. I respect the confidence in charging for this level of culinary performance art. Overall, this meal taught me patience, lowered my expectations, and reminded me that sometimes the real side dish is anger with a heavy sprinkle of disappointment. Would I come back? Only if I needed another lesson in humility. Lesson learned, cook your own food at home and save your hard earned money.

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at LongHorn Steakhouse on Hull Street! Our server, Mary, was truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She made us feel right at home and offered great menu suggestions that really hit the spot. We started with the onion petals and the Western shrimp as appetizers, and let me just say wow! The onion petals were perfectly crispy and full of flavor, and the dipping sauce added the perfect kick. The Western shrimp were juicy, seasoned just right, and had that signature LongHorn smoky flavor that we love. Both were the perfect start to our meal. The rest of the food was just as incredible. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked exactly how we ordered. You can tell the kitchen staff takes pride in what they serve. If you’re in the area and looking for a great meal with outstanding service, I highly recommend LongHorn Steakhouse on Hull Street. And if you’re lucky enough to have Mary as your server, you’re in for an even better experience! We’ll definitely be back soon.

Went to LongHorn Steakhouse in Chesterfield, Virginia tonight with a party of seven and let me say — the food was absolutely outstanding. Five stars without hesitation. The Brussels sprouts? Next level. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and hands down one of the best sides on the menu. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. The kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing.
Service, however, didn’t match the quality of the food. Our waitress, Rachel, felt rushed and a bit impatient throughout the evening. When one of our guests arrived and was still standing with her coat fully buttoned, greeting everyone at the table, Rachel immediately asked what she wanted to drink — no hello, no welcome, no time to even sit down or look at the menu. It set the tone, and unfortunately the service never really warmed up from there.
To be clear — the food was superb. But hospitality matters. A simple greeting and a little patience go a long way, especially with a larger party.

Food was great but we did not enjoy our waitress my water was never refilled and if we asked for something she seemed annoyed. The to go boxes she gave us the tops didn’t fit when we told her she bought us smaller boxes and was missing one of them it took us 15 minutes to get the other box. This could have been avoided with attentive service. They weren’t that busy and she checked on her other tables way more.

We went two separate Fridays. Both times, we sat at the bar and had the same female bartenders. They were rude and were acting bothered to wait on us. The food was good but the service was awful. I would not go back, especially if I had to sit at the bar.
