AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Service is slow if you order inside. Drive thru is normal speed but beware you will be missing items or you will be given bad quality food. I was given a “whole chicken” unfortunately this chicken was missing both chicken breast and a thigh. And too make matters worse, they serve you plantains that are burned pass the point of no return. I recommend asking for your receipt, they tend to purposefully not give it to you at the window. I guess you can’t complain if you don’t have proof of purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Everything from customer service to food quality was great. The portioning of the family meal is definitely a great deal, i plan on getting it again soon. The chicken was not overcooked nor undercooked. It was juicy & hot. Made fresh, tasteful. Rice tasted fresh as well. Rolls were nice & soft. The only thing I did not understand was the employee standing outside in the scorching heat when there was no cars around at all. My wife & I felt for her. Should be inside if no customers are around. Other than that. Everything was great. Appreciate this location.

Went in to Pollo Tropical to get takeout for dinner as we were staying nearby.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the size of the meals we received.
Will definitely keep this place on the list to visit again.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD YOU KEEP FORGETTING TO PUT THE CILANTRO SAUCE IN THE BAG. I CANT EAT THE RICE DRY I NEED THE SAUCE WHY DO YOU ALWAYS FORGET. I’m so annoyed. I have to drive over there now after ordering uber eats to go get the sauce.

So disappointed. We paid almost $40 for two tropichops, one soda and a large portion of fries with not even 15 fries. When we ordered the Tropichops, the employee didn’t even ask us if we wanted any toppings so we literally paid $15 for rice, a few beans and 10 mini strips of steak with nothing else and $10 for the other chicken tropichop again with nothing toppings. We weren’t even given a receipt! I am so dissatisfied.

So I ordered a Cuban Sandwich grilled chicken almost at 12 pm the drive through. I pulled up near the Publix to take a bite and the attached is what I was given , mind you , I’m a paying customer and I received a below standard pieces of grilled chicken , not fresh. This location gets a lot of action yet employee moral and efficiency is super low. Their needs to buy a team leader / manager who can delegate on proper food distribution to paying customers. I’m disgusted and they ruined my lunch.

Brush up on your Spanish. I could not communicate my order. It was missing black beans, avocado and plantains. No one was helpful. One girl tossed an unsliced avocado in a cup and placed it on the counter. No eye contact or conversation.
Too much work to get back in line for missing items in my meal.
