I had such a great experience at Chili’s Bar & Grill! The food was fantastic and the service made the whole visit even better.
I started with the Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers, which were perfectly crispy with just the right balance of sweet and smoky heat. They were honestly some of the best chicken tenders I’ve had in a long time. I also ordered the Classic Bacon Burger, and it did not disappoint juicy, flavorful, and piled high with crispy bacon and fresh toppings. Everything tasted fresh and came out hot.
To drink, I went with a Strawberry Margarita, which was refreshing, well balanced, and the perfect complement to the meal.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food came out quickly, and the whole staff seemed genuinely welcoming and upbeat.
Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Great food, great drinks, and excellent service I’ll definitely be coming back!

Used to be a great place to go. I ordered to go this time. When I got home, I realized part of my order was missing; chips and salsa. Based on the bag receipt, the order was checked and all contents were allegedly in the bag. Very frustrating. The food I did receive was good.

I had the pleasure of dining in at Chili’s with my friends on Plymouth in Livonia, MI store 1417. It had been years since I dined here. Our server Jay was attentive and she gave good recommendations on the menu items. The food and drinks were great. I was impressed that the Manager Eric came to our table to make sure we all were satisfied. He wasn’t rushed and had good conversation with us all at the table. Looking forward to returning.

Ordered nachos, first one came out burned. I sent back. Second order was exactly the same! Although they did take them off my bill, my companion had already finished his meal a while ago, so I didn’t reorder, missed lunch. There wasn’t any genuine remorse from staff for giving me 2 burned entrees and having me miss my meal ( was visiting from Canada)

Staff is amazing and thoughtful, even special need friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience watch when I get rich I’m gonna tip every last one there 100$ and Becky their manager deserves an award she started my year better than I could imagine god bless her heart there’s some people out here that’s just to amazing for the world and this staff especially their manager Becky is one of them Also very clean and did I mention great customer service ‼️‼️‼️ Thank you so much for being amazing Chili’s team praying they all get promotions and raises and and handfuls of blessings amen ‼️ ❤️

Host seemed rude and dry to me when I walked in. I asked for a booth but was denied even though there were vacant booths, then moments later someone else was seated at a booth lol. Waitress was nice and friendly which was refreshing, food was decent although pasta noodles a bit overcooked.

Me and my wife went for lunch , we ordered the 3 for me burger deal $10.99 . The burgers was huge, fries was awesome. Our server David was on point with everything, he was Amazing, I’ll never go back to Red Robin’s for there burger deal again, their burger was the size of a white. Castles. I definitely be back to Chili’s again.

This place was horrible , the host was rude , she thought she was better than anyone who walked in the doors. I could tell they have a few good servers, but you can tell management doesn’t care for them. The food came out cold, there was a hair in my soup and salsa! I didn’t want money off , I just wanted it to be aware. Maybe a fresh soup , but the manager Eric , was nothing but rude and did nothing but roll his eyes when I was simply asking for a fresh soup. He’s better off in the dish tank.
My advise is go else where.

Great service every time at this Chili’s. The place is always busy but the staff is always polite and attentive. They accommodated us ahead of wait times at peak hours. Our server warned us the kitchen was backed up, but our order came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot and delicious!

As you can tell in this picture, my food is red in the middle. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said nothing not even I apologize with you like for me to take it back. By the way she did say this was her first day my friend ordered Was messed up as well. I tried calling Friday. I apologize Saturday to speak to the manager. I was on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. The young lady came back to the phone and stated the manager was still busy and he really didn’t have time to talk. I could either hold on or call back. I decided to look for the complaint list and try this way. I like chilies but very disappointed with the services I got on Thursday matter fact my bill was $82.20. I got the Southwest egg rolls. I purchased three Casamigo margaritas one for me and my friend and I got the mix and match trio, our service name was Ari we were at table 71/1 guest list was 2 The date 3/20/ 2025. The time was 7:43 PM. again, disappointed with the services basically because I feel no one trained this young lady the correct way this is not how this was supposed to havehappen again disappointed
