We enjoyed the food and our server Sharlie was super amazing and ensured we were taken care of. But being a customer and within sight and sound there were some things that should not be done within any food industry. One specific waitress abruptly complained about negative reviews in front of customers and moments later was seen eating dropped food on the server trays. Normally, I would state the individuals name and put them on blast. But as a professional I would only hope that they see this and humbly take it as constructive criticism and be more mindful about their surrounds.

We had a wonderful meal here. And I couldn’t resist taking a slice of pie back to the hotel with me! The food was excellent, service was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! Highly recommend!!

Jesse was my server and she was great. Very personable.
Food was on the alright spectrum. I ordered my eggs over medium and the came out a little more runny then normal. Lots of food though for the price.

About a year or so back I swore off going to Perkins in Sheridan because the last time I was served there it was a disaster. The waitress was being extremely rude and completely disregarded my table of friends, almost like we didn’t exist! After that I swore I’d never go back because half of the experience of eating out is the waitstaff.
Well, I decided to give it one more shot as I had some of my girlfriends in town for Halloweekend. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by our server Sharlie.
I am so glad that Perkins actually hired someone who is personable, fun, and absolutely thrilled to serve us!! She made the experience a 10/10
It seemed like my friends and I were requesting things every 5 seconds and she was so understanding, patient, and quick to remedy the situation despite it being so busy! She knew the menu like the back of her hand and had the most bomb recommendations! She was quick to refill our drinks and made sure to keep our table free of dirty plates as we yapped away. She was friendly, fun, and a total vibe!
I may just have to give Perkins another chance, only if she’s my server though!
She made the experience I was dreading turn out to be one of my favourite memories!!
Thank you Perkins for hiring better waitstaff, I’d keep this one around!

Took my family here last Sunday. Food was great, the service was even better. Jesse had a smile on her face the whole time and was so patient while my littles ordered on their own. She was so accommodating and we never needed to track her down. Thanks for the great experience Jesse, we will be back soon!

The atmosphere is always welcoming. It has a very calm home vibe which is pleasant to be able to enjoy some delicious food. There are always the go to meals that are always worth it. With some amazing service from our waitress Annie, we were able to have very friendly attitude. Annie helped us with great timing for our food. She was also very kind, respectful and thoughtful when we asked for containers to take our leftovers home. Definitely worth going back and I’m definitely going to recommend to others.

We love breakfast at Perkins, we routinely order the potato pancakes and hearty man’s combo. But it’s extra special when our server is Jesse – her kindness and attentiveness keep us coming back for more. She is as sweet as Perkins pie.

We came in for the Thanksgiving Buffet as there wasn’t much else open and were a little worried when hearing buffet food, but were really surprised at how good the food was. They had the usual dining options, a buffet, as well as Thanksgiving menu food. The sandwich and the pancakes with ham bits was really good and cleaned off our plates. Bill was a great server and was very kind and got us in and out with enough time to continue our roadtrip.
