You can definitely tell when someone genuinely enjoys their job.
I visit this White Castle location often, and they’re usually slammed yet the restaurant and bathrooms are always spotless.
Tony is consistently extremely polite, the food is always fresh, and the service is always with a smile. That kind of pride and professionalism doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’m not saying this place is great but it’s all I have left, I need my sliders! I’m kind of joking. This place is Iconic and I’m thankful to have it even thought the employees get irritated with me and other for ordering a lot of burgers. They get a 5 star since I can’t live without them.

I was there on December 17th at 530 to pick up 2 doordash orders. The workers there did not seem like they cared about service speed or quality. And the young lady working the drive thru amd front counter was being snarky with another customer when asked how long it was gonna take. Yall seriously need to be better at your jobs or dont ever work on fast food. Its called fast food for a reason not slow food.

Went thru drive thru today and ordered 8 sliders without cheese brought home and tossed all of them. Bread was hard and appeared stale and edges bread were hard and patties were burnt. Called store and they were very nice and are gping to replace them. But I am checking to make sure fresh buns and not burnt.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, one person working the counter and the window, apparently window was more important than me and the four people waiting to order behind me, One employee came walking back out from the back room with a tray of food, put it down, went to the cash register we all thought she was going to take our order, nope all she did was do something to register and left, leaving the one employee still working on the window. Another employee came out of a back room and grabbed some kind of ticket off of a machine and went back into the office. They all seen us standing there three people behind us left and then we left. This is a horrible, horrible location. It’s dirty. It stinks and it’s greasy.
