Only come here if youre in a bind. The employees clearly want you to leave. Drive thru is about 20 minutes MINIMUM no matter what time of day you come in. Inside is no better. Don’t come unless you have time. And I get nobody wants to work in fast food, but the employees adamantly show it, they act like customers are a bother. I’m honestly surprised this location hasn’t closed as its poorly run, but I guess folks gotta eat

The last time I posted about this place was maybe 2 years ago. Nothing has changed y’all ! Waited at least 20 minutes or more for food behind someone else who was waiting on food which means they were waiting longer! Then after the guy brings my order to the car he says it’s another 5 minutes for the Mac and cheese when the girl at the window tells me it would be 2 minutes. I told him no thank you I have already waited over 20 minutes checks my order and the chicken is old and dry! Not even hot! After waiting all that time my order wasn’t even fresh! It makes me wonder if the person who owns it even cares about what’s going on here! Never going back! Just shut it down! Damn!

I haven’t had a drive through experience that was shorter than 20 minutes at this location. No notice that we have to butcher the chicken for the order or whatever stupid reason that takes an entire kitchen staff 30 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches. Absolutely pathetic service.

This order was an overall awful and frustrating experience since I had received very unsatisfactory meal items and met with headache-inducing customer service.
Although I have already addressed this with customer support and I will be avoiding this location for the foreseeable future, I felt obligated to share my experience with the other reviews.
I am always displeased by this franchise’s location in Euclid, OH, as it seems to be a reoccurring and persistent issue with the employees’ friendliness and willing to correct issue(s) – an overall lack of humanity or care seems to be the theme.
I had to wait over an hour for the food, including a severe hold time throughout the entire process to be given hard judgement if they could simply remake it – that’s including a ~20 min wait time from just being able to be asked “hi, can we take your order” at drive-through speaker. The wait time did not seem due to cars but lack of proper operations of the business staff, since at the time only ~4 cars were ahead of mine.
I initially was told I could not receive the food by the location, as the employee tending the service window had mentioned “Zoe had already picked it up.” I clarified that I was her and I hadn’t picked up the food yet. I even offered to show my ID, but was still met with reluctance.
Upon finally receiving the order, every item on my order was terrible quality. Also, I didn’t receive the full order. For example, the chicken and “fried cheese curds” looked extremely past due the Best Buy date and were basically rock hard.
Do not recommend – 0/5 stars if possible but unfortunately seems I must at least give 1 star for Google reviews.

I stop in this store after Church on Sunday October 5, 2025. I went inside the store to order. At first, no one acknowledged me, Eventually a nice young lady came and told I had to go the drive-thru to order. I asked her before I go could I ask her some questions about the menu and she was very helpful.
I went to the drive-thru and was trying to place my order with a young man who I could barely hear, who sounded like he had attitude.
I finally get to the pick up window and sure enough, he had big attitude. I had to wait while he talked to the earphones. When he was done he asked me what I ordered again…After he handed me my food, I thanked him, he never thanked me and turned and walked away from the window with mega attitude!!!
The food was terrible. Wings taste like they were fried in old grease. The store was unkept and could use a major overhaul inside starting with staff, next, the inside store and outside as well. A wasted $17.00…… After reading other reviews, I too feel this place should be closed down, period!

Sat in drive threw for 30 minutes still haven’t been helped. Sitting at the menu. Very poor service for fast food restraunt. No was should it take 40 minutes to even take your order. I will not be returning!

I stopped in during my lunch break. None of the staff could have known this was my first time trying Popeye’s. I walked in and received genuinely courteous service . After a small, reasonable wait, my food was fresh and hot. While I’m not a fan of the taste of anything I’d gotten (tenders, fries and mac-they were out of the coleslaw), I thought the top tier service deserved acknowledgment.

Was greeted upon entry. Made me feel welcome. Despite there being a long line the staff was working hard and pleasant. I think it set the tone as the customers who were waiting did not seem to get upset at the wait time.

The worst customer service, they just take orders and never look up. It doesn’t dawn on them you’ve been standing there for 30 minutes. The bin is full of chicken? EVERYBODY is pulling orders for the drive thru. Manager never acknowledged the same people standing in the lobby waiting for food. She rushes to pull doordash orders. All that beautiful chicken sitting there and it was old I was not happy with my order.
