Stop in for lunch tried their new Beer cheese Steak with fries, had the Sampler platter and Traditional Bone in Wings.
Mango Habanero Traditional Wings always my go to.
The onion rings are pretty good liked the batter they use, Mozzarella Stick are good, nachos was decent.
Beer Cheese Steak isn’t that good for a $12.00 price tag the sub wasn’t that big i would of went to Big John Steak and Onions for that but hey it was something new and haven’t been here in a while so got to try the new stuff.
Service was ok, they brought out my wings and forgot my carrots and celery sticks. Didn’t refill my drink until I’d asked and when I let her know they forgot my carrots and celery sticks.
Our server was sitting at a table right from across us with maybe her kids that came in or kids she knows.
But overall its not that bad of a place for some good wings.

The consistent issues with delivery packaging from this establishment are unacceptable. On multiple occasions, my food has arrived with the packaging often appearing ‘soaked.’ And unfortunately my most recent order was particularly problematic, as the packaging was completely drenched, leading me to question the integrity of the food. It is concerning that these persistent packaging flaws have not been addressed, despite them knowing that their cardboard packaging for the food may cause a problem. When we called them and addressed their issue they simply disregard it.

My friends and I have been coming every week for about the last 4 years. We like sitting at a specific table in the bar area where we’ve had the same server for forever. Recently, they won’t let her be a server in that area. Highly disappointed.
Edit. This has already been commented on in multiple surveys we’ve sent. Management doesn’t even come by tables to check in. Just let things go back to how they were going for the last 4 years. Also, your link doesn’t work. Not sure why management punishes good workers, but things like this do not go unnoticed.
Edit: the manager spoke to us, but still has put the server on the other side the one day a week we come. He acted like he, as a manager, had no control over his staff. Feels vindictive now.
We just want our server, who is working when we come, to serve us in the bar. Management doesn’t allow that and it is dumb. We’ve been coming weekly for 4 years, and this has just become a thing. The feedback loop online is a joke.

Our server Carmen was fantastic! One of the best servers I’ve ever had. She ensured that nobody went without. The food was better than I anticipated, and I feel that, for six people, $150 is a pretty reasonable bill. Two beers, two pops, three orders of wings, two sampler platters, and two burgers. The price would’ve been fine, even before the birthday reward we used. Stuff just costs a lot now. They could stand to turn the volume down a bit, but it’s not as bad as it is at D&B.

Our server was excellent. The bad review will be in manner of the manager. It was a decently busy lunch and the bartender was getting crushed, and I watched the manager just watch the bartender and not help her at all while it took over fifteen minutes to get our drinks.

First let me say, I haven’t been to a BWW in years, and my previous feelings were, yeah they had some decent wings, some great sauces and not much after that. But I am so surprised to see what all they have done with this menu! The burgers looked amazing! The sandwiches looked amazing! But I stuck with what I always get, wings.
The place was packed. Wings were good, my fries were cold.
Service was good, Ashley. And being a manager, I loved what I saw.. I believe name tag said Brett, something with a B. You could see him helping everywhere, interacting with tables, and helping staff.
Super impressed with the new menu changes!

Ordered triple cheeseburger and it tasted like the patties were premade or the grill was dirty. They had a horrible aftertaste. When I asked my server Gabriel if they pre made the patties he said “I don’t know what they do back in the kitchen “ never once did he ask if I needed a new one or talk to a manager. I guess a chicken place should stay making chicken. Very disappointed
