Great first experience at Ruby Tuesday!
This was my first time eating at Ruby Tuesday, and it was a really great experience! Our waitress, Alyssa, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. She checked on us often without being overbearing and made sure everything was perfect. The food came out fresh and delicious, and the service really made the visit special. We’ll definitely be back—thanks, Alyssa, for making our first visit such a good one!

Unfortunately, they don’t have much of vegetarian options. It was difficult to find a Menu and finally I ordered a Cheese Burger without Meat in that.
I ordered a Kids Menu which comes with some fries and it was okay and nothing exceptional. The place is bit expensive taking into consideration what they serve.
The ambiance was really good and they have Tables next to window and we can have a great view of the surroundings.
Next to Lowe’s and across the Street to Publix.
The Parking is available in plenty and calm and quite area. If someone looking for a peaceful atmosphere, then definitely this location is really good.
Overall, the experience was okay.

Went to dinner with my wife and another couple on Fri Jan 30th. We sat in a booth at the bar section. We were quickly greeted by our friendly server, Alexander and the service remained 5 Star throughout our dining experience. Alexander was attentive to our orders and made sure we had everything we needed. Refills on ice water appeared without having to ask. Additionally, Lead Bar Tender, Juan came to our booth to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed and to engage in friendly conversation with us. We were all made to feel very welcomed and appreciated. We will certainly return to this great restaurant!

This was a quite an underwhelming experience. Our 4 year old described it the nicest way possible. “It was disappointing.” He loves shrimp and barely ate 1 from the kids meal. Yhe appetizer must have been sitting in the window for some time because it was room temp. Luckily I went with a smash burger since you cant really mess that up although Culvers would’ve been significantly more satisfying (and cheaper). Lastly if things weren’t bad enough my wife was actually enjoying her chicken parm until her 4th scoop had a hair in it. Luckily she spotted it before taking a bite. This is the first time we’ve ever found a hair in a meal and I dont know why but we were almost too embarrassed to say something. Ultimately we told the server which we know wasn’t her fault however what she could control was her cust9mer service which matches the theme. Disappointing. Its a Friday night. Our family goes out once a month for dinner since we love to cook and wanted a break from the long week. Honestly we have been impressed with the quality of restaurants that Florida has to offer. Ruby Tuesday on the other hand has by far been the lease desirable place we have chosen to eat. We almost turned when we saw how dingy it looked from the outside. Our fault. Its not surprising. There is no way they turn a profit with the quality of everything they have to offer. As a bonus the couple in the booth next to us had ordered steaks (Idk why when there is literally a steak house on the same strip) and they came out over cooked. Overall the establishment can use an overhaul. Probably start with management that actually enjoys the service industry. That alone will boost the quality of the service and food. As far as decor update im sure they need to start turning a profit first which food and service should be the main focus. Im mostly leaving this review not to deter people from going but to shed some light to whomever needs to see this to know this place needs some attention focused on it. Everyone has different tastes and budgets so there should be options and well I dont want anyone to be out of a job. If anything if this review actually lights a fire under someone to improve this location, everyone would be able to make more money. I cant say ill ever know if that happens because I will not be bringing my family back nor recommending this to anyone.

We come in and love when Cindy is our server. But it is crazy on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s when you have your specials. Unfortunately you’re always so under staffed. Your poor servers are running their butts off. When we came Thursday the guys filling salad bar couldn’t keep up because of the crowds at 7pm. We love the place but is hard when it’s so busy and you don’t have the help.

We had car club luncheon at this location. The staff and food were amazing. Everyone was so helpful a d the food came out fast hot and fantastic. Everyone had such a wonderful time. We will have to plan to do this again!!

Be careful if you go with kids on Tuesdays, be very clear on questions and make sure you get the right answers before ordering. Our waiter’s name was Ciara and when we asked questions about the specials in order to apply it towards the kids eating free, when the food came the answers were completely irrelevant leaving us not saving much. At least apply some sort of discount towards our bill since it wasnt our fault, nope nothing. Then when we asked for our drink to get refilled, she passes by many times getting drinks for others and fulfilling other people’s requests when our drink was requested first. Delicious food, great environment but still be aware.
