Came in tonight (02-24) it was stifling!! Immediately walking in the door you could feel how warm it was in there. We were seated and decided to walk right back out before they had the chance to take our drink order due to this. We didn’t want to waste their time or vice versa. Hello to all my celiac and gluten free friends, My husband and I went to Red. Robin and I ordered the turkey burger with gluten-free buns. I absolutely love it every time I go. I feel safe all the time and the servers are super helpful our server was yaeli and she was amazing she made sure to let them know that I have celiac and the food came so delicious with a tag on it. I also want to shout out to their manager on that shift named Travis for going to his customers tables and asking if everything was okay. If you want a burger go? Have it at Red Robin’s

So always went out for a family dinner at red.Robin not a first choice restaurant. The bottomless sides were intriguing, so we decided to go for dinner tonight. At first, the service was excellent.The waiter was very attentive. And then something changed the waiter’s demeanor changed and he wasn’t as friendly, never asked for a.Refill of my drink and in the middle of our meal.Thought it would be smart to try to sell us gift cards for the restaurant. The whole gimmick of bottomless sides is what it is a gimmick.I literally ordered a second salad in french fries and the waiter completely forgot about them.So we waited twenty extra minutes after our meal was done to get those items. I finally had to ask the busboy for a refill in my soda. Don’t use gimmicks to get people in the door it ruins your image, and at the end of the day, it doesn’t bring me back as a guest to eat your food, just make better food.

We were visiting from out of town and have had good experiences at Red Robin before, so we’re not sure if this was just an off night. Unfortunately, the burgers we received were barely edible. My son said his kids’ cheeseburger was overly salty, and my avocado burger had very little avocado. The bacon tasted extremely salty, and the meat itself seemed heavily seasoned as well.
We’re not overly picky eaters, but none of us enjoyed our “gourmet” burgers. All three of us had similar feedback, which made the experience pretty disappointing.

We love coming here. food is great, and the service is fantastic. We have not been disappointed with all the times we’ve visited. Really enjoyed the burger with the whiskey river sauce. The teriyaki and the sauteed mushrooms burger is a delight. My mouth waters just speaking of them. great place to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, or a special occasion. The staff is prompt and clean. On our last visit, Yaeli did a really good job of serving us.

At first the service was great. Fast and attentive. Once the food came out…all of a sudden it was like mom had left the building and all of the staff was sitting at tables cussing, shrieking, laughing and having a grand old time. I had my 6 year old son with me. I am not against having fun while at work or anything, but have some decency to not cuss in front of children or guests. The wait staff never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything or wanted to pay. I eventually just paid through the kiosk thing and we left with none of them even noticing. My avocabo salad was cooked well. My son’s little burger patty was burnt and like a hockey puck (he just said it was like ‘daddy’s burgers’ ).

Our waiter Robbie was AMAZING loved the enthusiasm that he gave while serving us. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. My mother and I will be stopping the next time we are in Colorado to visit this store again to see if he is still here he was awesome
