Went to the canes drive through tonight and last night at 12 am. both times i received the freshest fried chicken, crisp salted fries and perfectly roasted toast. ive been going to this location since it opened and this has been the best experiences ive had coming to the restauraunt from a food standard point. this comes as a suprise to me as the food quality has become inconsistent the last few years while the prices have only risen. I can proudly say ive eaten the best canes of my life the last 2 days. I had a group of friends who also visited this location earlier this week and had nothing but great things to say. The manager Oscar is doing a great job running this location as whenever i speak with him he speaks nothing but highly of his staff and always energetic and enthusiastic. i love canes

Food is pretty good, service is really nice, and atmosphere could use a lot of work.
To start off, Raising Cane‘s chicken is delicious andtheir Cane’s sauce is out of this world. It’s the perfect sauce to pair with their fries, chicken, or toast.
The chicken itself is very crispy and super juicy. The french fries are crinkle cut, crispy, and well seasoned with salt. The toast is super soft and . Coleslaw is a little tangy and definitely helps cut down on the savory aspects of the meal.
Service is excellent. Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Atmosphere could use a lot of work. A lot of trash and food waste on the floors.

It was my first time. The staff were very kind, great customers service. I went through the drive-thru, and a young lady took my payment very sweet, great manners. I would definitely go again. I even tried to tip her, especially since she was in the cold, but she denied it. 1/18

I just ordered two chicken attenders and they gave him one big one little and I thought that was unnecessary. If you get two chicken chips and make them the same size but the chicken was all right. It wasn’t nothing to brag about but just it’s a little snack you did. If you don’t want to spend a whole lot of money for some fingers it just get two of them. 199 a piece ain’t bad. I still $4 but it’s okay. Chicken everything’s hot right now. I don’t eat too much stuff out. Anyway, cook your own fingers and watch some of the TV programs about what people are doing to the chickens. Go to the Amish farm and get you some chicken. They got Amish stores. Amish farms is up in Indiana but they got stores around that sells they goods. Order you some chicken, lamb and beef from the Amish people and cook it yourself. Have a great day!

I wish i could get a gallon of the sauce. sad that the portions of chicken have gotten smaller over the years, though! i remember when they first opened and the chicken tenders were massive. anyway, canes is addicting and i could eat it every day.
10/10 sauce, 9/10 bread, 8/10 chicken tenders, 7/10 fries. i don’t fw coleslaw, so i can’t give it a rating. lemonade was a bit bland.

I went to Raising Canes on Friday 11/21 to purchase dinner and the new Christmas Story plush dogs. When asked if they had the plush in stock I was told they were already sold out. Mark was at the counter and told me they were getting a shipment in tomorrow and will have them when they open at 10am. I came back today Saturday 11/22 at 1pm and Sofia greeted me as soon as I approached. I asked if they received the new plush today and if they had all 3 in stock. She stated they only had 2 styles left and the Ralphie version was already gone. Mark rushed to the front and stated he in fact put all 3 off to the side for me this morning anticipating my return today. I was certainly surprised he remembered me from yesterday and took the time to put the 3 plushies off to the side for me. I was very grateful as I have been collecting the plush dogs each Christmas season when they come out. Mark goes above and beyond for his customers. Sofia was attentive soon as customer’s came in and was pleasant to deal with. This location is the closet to my home and we stop in twice a month. The service here is awesome, they are friendly, attentive, and fast.

Good chicken, average everything else.
Never had Raising Cane’s before but I love tendies so I wanted to give it a try.
The style inside is nice, good seating area. Gives a vibe of something in between a fast food and a sir down restaurant, but this is clearly fast food.
The service was really fast, but have a VERY limited menu, maybe the smallest amount of items I’ve ever seen, so I was surprised that it wasn’t excellent.
The chicken fingers were really good. The fries were very underwhelming, not crisp, very little flavor. The Cole slaw was average as was the Texas toast.
The sauce they give with the fingers is good, but not as good as a quality BBQ sauce.
If you LOVE chicken fingers, I could see ordering JUST those here. But everything else was just kind of meh. And it’s by no means expensive, but it’s not cheap either.

Nice Cane’s here, usually busy during the day, especially that drive thru of theirs. But the tenders and fries always come out hot and fresh, my only complaint is that there is 1 or more soft drinks usually out of order inside. Otherwise staff, and cleanliness was pretty good.
Trust me there are much worse Cane’s out there than this one.
