They were pretty busy when we came in for breakfast. Luckily, they have plenty of space and we were seated right away. Jessica was our server and she kicked things off with two complimentary blueberry muffins. What a nice touch, they were perfectly fluffy, warm, and a great start to the meal! The breakfast menu is impressive and super inclusive, there’s truly something for every diet, which I really appreciate. We ordered the crowd favorite Mateo’s Vegan Hash, and enjoyed it. A vibrant, flavorful plant-based take on a classic breakfast hash. Super filling, satisfying, and thoughtfully put together. I had to box part of it because the portion was generous. My bf ordered the 2 Eggs Breakfast, which also came out as a big plate, hearty and classic. We also ordered two lattes, and I have to say… I was pleasantly surprised. I’m very picky about coffee and was expecting more of a donut-shop quality but nope! Their coffee was excellent and well made. Overall, great food, great service, generous portions, and a welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

We visited for Sunday morning brunch, and as the restaurant was quite busy, there was a short wait for our food. The meal was satisfactory overall. I particularly enjoyed the crispy and well-seasoned potatoes served with the eggs Benedict. The salad was pleasant, though it was missing the avocado that was expected in a Shrimp Avocado salad. My sister did not notice this until she was halfway through her meal. The service was good. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal.

Relaxed Saturday brunch where the food really shines! Loved this place from the minute I walked in. I wish I could have tried more food. Can’t wait to go back. The server I had was extremely friendly and the food came out quickly. Everything or party had was delicious and hot. Get dessert!

The service was good. The food was very good. We ordered an extra thick shake and ice cream for desert. Sadly, they failed on the shake.
The shake was very heavy on the milk making it very liquid. It did however, taste great. Also, we did have to wait a very long time for the deserts.
The bathroom was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The heavy odor of urine was akin to a port-a-potty. It was quite obvious it had been neglected for some time.
Lastly, a bunch of little moths flew out of the drain. That with the previous odor mentioned above, I left the restaurant feeling gross. I hope hands are being washed…
Sadly, that’s my last vision of what started out as nice first time ever visit there for me.

Thank you, Mama’s and server Maddie! Our party of 25 was so well taken care of yesterday! Our table was all set up when we arrived and Maddie did a wonderful job taking care of our sports team. The girls were pretty chilly after early morning beach photos and hot chocolates were quickly served. Our breakfast order came out so quick and all the orders were perfect.
Mama’s is professional, courteous and a great place to enjoy! Well done, Mama’s and Maddie!

Eric was our server, couldn’t have been more amazing! Attentive, explained the menu, on top of drinks and food! We had a larger size “group” and he handled it with ease!

Been coming here for several years and was always happy. Unfortunately, the food quality doesn’t correspond to the increased prices. A flatbread, Korean salmon dish, Negroni was $97 with tip. The broccoli and rice sides were served cold. We love supporting our local restaurants and I know state bureaucracy makes it hard for businesses in CA, but the menu is too expensive for the experience and food quality that is delivered. In comparison, I ate lunch at a nice restaurant in Lido Marina with a friend today. We had two entrees and I ordered a drink and it was $38 before tip. The food and vibe were refined. We may still come for the Thrify’s ice cream. Too bad because I always really liked the place.

The first time I ate here was a Saturday about 9:00 a.m in the summer. This is a sit-down-and-eat place, where you want to take your time and chat with friends and family. It looked busy, but we surprisingly had no problem getting a seat, although we chose to sit outside. It was July so it wasn’t cold so I can’t comment on whether there were any heat lamps. The server was friendly and charming and attentive, quickly taking our order and refilling our drinks. The other customers seem to be local families and regulars here. I don’t come here often but this is one of my friend’s favorite places to take her family, and this time she invited me to share the place. The ambience and the service and the food can make it addictive. I had the Jackie’s, which was an eggwhite omelette with mushrooms and spinach and avocado. The portions were quite large and I didn’t finish half of it. Took the food in a box, and it took me several tries to finish the meal. I enjoy eating here and they do a great job all around. My friend likes their breakfast sandwich, but she ruins it by filling it with Ketchup. Recommended

A nice place to eat. The restaurant is small, has a bar and an outdoor patio. There is even a play pen for the puppies. It has several TVs to catch sports. The place does get noisy when packed.
