Drive through window makes 6 cars in a row pull forward and park off to the side. Then cars behind us get their orders before the cars. All so it seems like their turnover time is quicker. I waited 10min

Be very careful when you go to this location, especially when paying by card at the drive-thru. This morning I went and bought a burrito that was supposed to cost less than $3, but this afternoon when I checked my card, they charged me $41. This location is a rip-off. Be careful and double-check your bank transactions. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this; my friend was also overcharged on her card last week.

This is an extremely busy location but that doesn’t hinder the staff from getting orders out, fresh and efficient.
Every employee here works 100 miles an hour, they communicate well and get the job done.
If you go here especially in rush hour you will wait for food, only because they are swamped.

Stopped in for Breakfast on my trip back to Houston. The employees we Friendly n Courteous, very clean and Good tasting food. Also a play area for the kids. Highly recommend it.

No matter the time, morning day or night I have to pull up and wait in a parking spot. No one in line, 8 people working, and I have to go inside and remind them that im out there. Multiple times this has happened and I have never been through the drive through successfully. The food is McDonald’s, the quality is what it is but the service is despicable, everyone playing and laughing while I wait on them to decide to work. The only reason people come back here is becasue Alvarado is small and not many places to eat.

A staff was talking about their houses smelling like weed. I heard something about cops and and the manager having to stay away from them because she is always doing something illegal. There was no talking to the few customers that were there. My burger was burnt along the edges. The fries were cold and soggy. I definitely will not be going back to this location.

Usually I judge the quality of a McDonald’s based on their iced tea, but this time I made the mistake of getting an Iced Caramel Macchiato. I tried, I really tried to drink it but threw it into the first trash can I found (it happened to be at the nearest open Starbucks). Moral of the story, happy meal, yes; adult drink, NO!

So placed a mobile order and got here at 3:11am the lady comes on the headset and says they can only take cash we tell them we have a mobile order and that the money has already been taken out. When we tried to talk to the manager at the window to see if they could make the order he said no because the system is down so I asked how are they able to take cash then and he said they look up the prices. I told him I could show him my phone with the prices and that the payment has already been processed and he said no when I told him that doesn’t make since that they can take “cash” with the system down he got mad and I asked for the supervisors number he said you can look it up on google and slammed the window. Seems like the employees are trying to embezzle cash. Real sketchy and over all rude manager also wasn’t wearing a hair net. Will follow up with management tomorrow.

Only one time in 10 years have I been able to get a shake, the machine is always broken. Same thing trying to get a latte. Every time going thru the drive thru it’s a 10 minute wait to pay and then another 10-15 minutes to get your food. I always get parked to the side. Once they totally forgot about me and after 20 minutes of waiting I went in only to have to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to make it. This time I finally get to the window, was told they have to make more sweet tea. 10 minutes later they come out with my order, no sweet tea at all. So I get to wait 23 minutes for cold fries and no drink. I used to work at the McDonald’s in Weatherford as a teenager and this would never have been allowed. The shake and ice cream machine never broke and no one had to be parked in the drive thru. This is one of the worst McDonald’s ever!

Stopped by McDonald’s for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. The service was fast and friendly, the fries were fresh and perfectly salted, and the burger was hot and made just right. The restaurant was clean, and the self-service kiosks made ordering super easy. It’s not gourmet, but for a fast-food fix, McDonald’s consistently delivers. Great spot for a quick, satisfying meal on the go.
