Don’t ever go to this Popeyes!!! I have never tasted Popeyes chicken ever to be nasty. I was so surprised to taste this one. I ordered a 16 piece family meal with 3 large sides and 8 strawberry pies. Upon ordering they said they only have 2 pies left but if I didn’t mind the wait I can pull around out front and they would bring it out to me. 45 minutes later I received my order that cost $63.89… yes you heard it right. $63.89….. but I was willing to pay because I wanted to treat me and my family. We really love the taste of Popeyes. When I got home I was soooo disappointed. The chicken was so bland. It’s like they didn’t even season it or like they rinsed it off in water or something. The coleslaw was so thick and mayonnaisey it was disgusting and the red beans and rice was so dry and so spicy. Not the usual red beans rice. Very disappointing meal. Very very very disappointing meal. But what made it so much more worse is that they didn’t give me receipt and not only that ..they shorted me four strawberry pies in the process. So I had no receipt to go back to tell him about the four pies they missed in bagging my order but wait …here’s the clincher ..ONE OF MY PIES HAD A LONG BLACK HAIR ALL TANGLED UP IN THE FILLING! EEEWWEW GROSS! I promise you I cannot make this up …believe this! This by far is the worst of the worst by far Popeyes I’ve ever had in my life. DONT EAT HERE!!!!

I ordered 2 three peice tender meals, and the only thing good was the drink. The tenders were so dry. Who knows how long they had been sitting in the warmer.

Great fried chicken, but the service from Edianys (or Elanys) was even better! I visited a week ago, and the young lady at the register was so welcoming while taking my order and handled the checkout with a big smile. Thanks for the professional and kind service—she truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommend her!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here thanks to Norma. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. Instead of being welcoming, she acted like I was bothering her just by asking basic questions. She rolled her eyes, ignored me when I tried to get her attention, and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
Restaurants should value their guests, but Norma’s attitude showed the complete opposite. I don’t spend my money to be treated with disrespect. If this is the standard of service they allow, I won’t be returning — and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even the smallest amount of professionalism.

Ive ordered from this specific location a few times before but today the food was like sooo good! Whoever was in the kitchen today (1/2/26) pls give them a raise because today’s meal was cooked with love!
The Mac n cheese was smothered in cheese just the way we like it. Chicken (classic) was crunchy, flavorful and it came out hot. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

Had to wait to get order for drive thru and while we were waiting we were verbally assaulted by the homeless that congregate outside the door. When I got home to try my pickle glazed chicken sandwich it had just the smallest dab of sauce and certainly no glaze. The fried pickles were mediocre at best. It was a lot to go through to get poorly prepared food.

Came an hour before they closed and made a simple order of a sandwich combo with two legs and two breasts. They had me wait almost a whole hour and the only thing I got that was closely accurate to my order was the sandwich, no sides and wrong drink. I got more than what I paid for due to them compensating me with a 12 piece instead (no breasts btw). But still no sides or the correct drink that I ordered. Unacceptable.

The store seemed to be staffed adequately. It did take some time to receive your order. Drive thru was backed up as well. Food came hot and tasty. Chicken crust was darker than usual but did not affect the taste. Seating area was clean. Beverage station was tidy and clean. Restrooms are locked for customers only. Non customers seems to take all supplies and make a mess. Handicap parking right in front of entrance. Parking lot on the smaller side.

0/10 would not recommend . My order was messed up, how do you mess up something as simple as 6 apple pies? Well I digress I call and have the order remade because in today’s economy fix my order. I then go back and my order is not made correctly 4 apple pies and 2 strawberries and creams like that’s not what I paid and requested especially after a 12 hr shift. I then call and they say I can come back up and get my apple pies and Norma is real piece of something! She’s very belittling and the customer service is absolutely trash! I worked at Popeyes for two years when I was teen and it’s not that hard to be polite and understanding of others time. I really hope the district manager sees this review truly and Norma you need to better honestly because your replaceable, I’m sure there are other options that will be better managers. They replaced the apple pies again today specifically “manger” Norma with strawberries and crème smh they can’t do anything

When their just now because my friend wanted to met their for food, she was running late and I didnt want to get food without her. Not even 5 mins of me being their a security guard tells me to leave if im not getting food. I told him that I was waiting on a friend then he left, 15 minutes later he comes back up to me telling me it’s been 30 minutes(no it hasn’t) and that I had to leave. Horrible customer service will not be coming their again.
