We stopped by for a quick burger on our way home. Neither of us had ever been to a Culver’s, and as we stood and looked at the options on the menu, Josh noticed that it was our first time. He explained that the hamburger meat is fresh (not frozen), and continued to tell us his favorites from the menu and why. We went with his recommendation – the butterburger sour dough melt with bacon plus crinkle fries. It was delicious!! And… Diet rootbeer! It’s fast food, but Josh came out to the dining room to check on us. He is beyond great customer service, and really made this visit memorable for us. We stopped and picked a couple flavors of frozen custard on our way out (mint explosion and devil’s food cake). So creamy and delicious (DEFINITELY get the frozen custard)! We’ll be back!

If you are trying to become another BK or McD where the food is horrible let us know, so we can find another place where you can buy for what you paid for. This fries are burn dark brown and the chicken seems to be waiting for to be sold til I came an order. I been coming here for a while now and it was great about almost 2 years ago. Now it’s just like any other place boring not fresh food place like BK and McD. They do have good food but the people that worked there now make their food nasty and horrible so t become one of them please Plus was up with your drinks two days ina row they taste like chemical in my sprite

Tonight was my second visit to Culver’s, ever! I tried their September Concrete Mixer frozen custard flavor-of-the-day which happened to be Andes Mint Avalanche! I ordered a small size rather than a mini size and it was more than I needed–but I enjoyed every last night nonetheless!!
Thanks so much for a literally sweet 2nd experience. My sons were happy with their choices also: a chocolate frozen custard with salted caramel and chocolate fudge, fries and a Butter Burger with the works!

We’ll be back to try more of you menu. For now, we’ll oggle the monthly menu schedule of your concrete mixer flavors of the day through September and October, to come. I appreciated the flyers handed to us about it. Definitely incentive to return! See you soon!

All-in-all AMAZING!! Culver’s picks up where the fast-foods leave off, and whenever I go there the food is always fresh, and everything is tasty and delicious, and the fish sandwich was so tender the fish literally fell apart (and this is a GOOD thing!), and the burger was perfect with the perfectly seasoned meat being the main highlight instead of being smothered in condiments like other places, and their crinkle-cut fries are perfectly crispy, not soggy or burnt, and the same goes with their onion rings!
Their root beer is unique above all the other places out there and somewhat resembles the flavor of A&W, but unlike A&W Culver’s offers FREE REFILLS, and their sweet tea is excellent as well.
The crew are friendly and helpful rivaling Chick-fil-A in friendliness and helpfulness, they have good hassle-free WiFi and the background music was pleasant and lively when I was there, playing an 80’s format, and for the whole experience it’s an easy FIVE STARS, and Culver’s has become my place of choice when I’m in St. Augustine because of its consistent great quality.

After grabbing my usual deluxe single-cut burger from the drive-thru, I didn’t think twice about checking the bag until I reached my destination. That’s when I noticed something was definitely off. It seems like someone on the cook line could use a quick reminder about the importance of customer hospitality and consistency. Literally looks like someone threw this together and smashed it on purpose. JUST DO YOUR JOB AND SHOW SOME HOSPITALITY

This is so above fast food. It’s like a scratch kitchen with a drive through. Always enough employees. Always clean. Always fresh. Always friendly. And, fresh frozen custard to top it off or a meal in itself!

I absolutely hated my experience, l ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal. The chicken was not done and some pieces were very chewy. So I stopped while I was head, but it was already too late and the damage was done a couple of hours I would say around Зam I woke up out of my sleep with a fever and a stomach ache, and I immediately knew it was the Chicken tenders. So I went to the bathroom feeling nauseous, while sitting on the toilet I remembered that my friend said that she got food poisoning from their chicken a couple of years ago.
After a while nothing happened so I eventually left the bathroom and went back to sleep. I woke up thirty minutes later. And vomited all over my carpet. Around 8am this morning, the same situation happened, I’m surprised I’m even able to write this review right because of how sick I feel.
This is totally unacceptable as a food establishment. Please if you decide to eat here at your own risk.
