Amazing service from Kasey! She is awesome! It was my first visit here and I ordered the blackened shrimp with pico de gallo and a Coffee shake. Both were delicious! The food was great and the menu selection is too, so I’ll be back to try other items on the menu.
2/13/26: I loved my meal so much and the menu was pretty extensive so I figured I’d pay another visit to ABC. On this visit, I ordered the salmon crunch bowl with Thai sweet chili glaze, nori, Asian slaw, and crunchy wontons. The salmon was prepared perfectly. I am certainly a fan of this dish and the slaw that accompanied it. I personally would have preferred the piece of nori to be cut into ribbons as a garnish. I liked my meal so much that I ordered a side of fillet with the slaw. Looking forward to trying another dish during my time here.
My server today was Eliana and she was fantastic!
2/14/26: My server today was Leslie, and she was a gem! I ordered the Southwest Salad with a side of grilled chicken. As with everything I’ve ordered here, it was amazing!
I spent almost every day of my week in South Windsor at ABC. Every item that I ordered was fantastic! The service was also excellent ( Rebecca , the barkeep, was absolutely wonderful too!)

We met friends at this burger chain and were pleasantly surprised by the service and the meals.
Three of us got burgers and one got a salad. She said the veggie burger wasn’t as good as it used to be, since they switched brands.
The burgers were tasty, without being huge and the sides were delicious. The side salad was better than expected and I’d definitely get it again.
Plenty of space in the large booths and very attentive service.
I’d recommend this place for burgers.

We came back to Artisanal a second time within two months because we were so impressed the first time. They serve excellent Mediterranean food in hearty portions. My wife and I ordered their chicken grain bowls, and just thinking about the combination of kalamata olives, yogurt and feta makes my mouth water. The chicken was tender and plentiful.
Our server was Jess, who I also remember serving us the first time. She’s lively, attentive and accommodating.
This is another restaurant from the Doro group, which doesn’t disappoint. Yet, something for management to think about: we overlooked considering it in the past because we assumed most of its offerings were burgers. They do have plenty of burgers, but also salads, bowls and other fare for non-burger eaters.
To us, it’s worth the 18-mile ride from our home, and we’ll be going again, likely many times.

The burgers here were very yummy. I appreciated that I could get a smaller patty and get all the toppings I wanted. Onion rings and Mac and cheese were also tasty and both the cocktail and beer we ordered were good. It’s a little expensive for a frequent flyer restaurant but service was great and overall a very nice meal. They were also accommodating of us bringing a baby and provided a high chair. Definitely want to go back and try some of their more inventive options.

We visited Artisanal Burger and had a mixed experience. Our waitress, Jonathan, was excellent from the beginning. He was very attentive, checked on us often, and made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. He was friendly and professional the entire time.
While we were seated, we had a clear view of the kitchen and noticed a staff member touching food with her bare hands while also touching a dirty towel and her phone. We were concerned about the hygiene and food handling we were seeing.
We simply wanted Jonathan to make management aware of what was going on. Jonathan handled the situation very professionally and took our feedback well. The concern we had was not his fault at all, and we truly appreciated his service

Great food and our server Michael S was very attentive and friendly! Went as a party of four, we ordered the wings and colossal pretzel as appetizers and they were delicious. We all ordered burgers, the sesame seed buns were great and the hand cut fries are the best. The food came out at the same time and was fresh. Thank you Michael S and ABC for a great meal and experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Had the BEST experience tonight. Our server, Ashley, was incredible — so friendly, so genuine, and she totally steered me right with her recommendation. I got the French dip with a mac & cheese side and WOW… she wasn’t kidding when she said it was amazing. I didn’t even want to share with my husband.

We all loved our dinners. However, the onion dip was horrible. We shared this with our server who was very gracious and took it off our bill. We sent most of it back to the kitchen/dishwasher anyway.
