Food was amazingly delicious! I got the chicken flautas and they were perfectly crisp and flavorful with a delicious side of guacamole to add some freshness to them. Service was great. Our waitress was very sweet and patient. Atmosphere was fun. I grew up in New Mexico eating at Mexican restaurants. This place gave me great nostalgia. 10/10! Would definitely recommend and go again!!

Omg if you want a family welcoming restaurant with great food this is the place the New manager Mr.Danny was wonderful so professionally attributed in the work place under construction but you wouldn’t know he handled every problem so well with grace and the worry of his guest it was so pleasant haven’t been treated that well at a restaurant in so long…yea its definitely under NEW MANAGEMENT AN HE GOT IT UNDER CONTROL!! I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back. I ordered the smothered asado burrito with chips and salsa, and everything was solid and full of flavor. The burrito was hearty, well-seasoned, and very satisfying, and the chips and salsa were fresh and tasty.
But the real star of the visit was the sopapillas with ice cream on top — absolutely the best! They were perfectly cooked, warm, and paired so well with the ice cream. Such a delicious treat to finish the meal.
Overall, great food and a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

The moment my wife and I walked in we were pleasantly greeted. Right off the top the atmosphere was so awesome and authentic. Love me some chips and salsa and these here were definitely over the top. Always a good thing when menu has such a variety and here they definitely do. We ordered the Fajita plate and I added a Chile Relleno. It took hardly no time as the food arrived pretty quick. For dessert we had a Sopapilla w/Ice Cream which I would definitely say leave room for . Price was spot on as well. We will definitely be coming back as I’d absolutely recommend to anyone.

The food is good. We go there often. But the last few times the service has been sub par. The waitress seem like they don’t like there job. They are rude and slam the plates on the table . Got the order wrong.Talked with management about getting the wrong order. She seemed like we were the ones at fault. Then waitress payed herself the gratuity of 22%. When she was worth 10%. No checkup on drinks. The lady that brought us the chips was the one that really deserved the tip. We pay for service and tip well when we get good service. If she don’t like her job quit. Find someone that really cares for her job. It’s about the restaurant and it’s owners that make it a 5 star. And they are the ones that give them their job.

I hadn’t been there since 2011 ( I was 20 and now 33 of age) and the place is still the same. We had a birthday dinner on the outside patio, and it was great. The waitress and everyone was great. We didn’t know we could bring our own beer, but we will definitely know for next time, but they had my dos XX’S filled Everytime. Food is also decently priced. ❤️

I personally really enjoyed the atmosphere here. We ate around 5:30pm it was Purdy slow. Food and service was great. The decorations on the wall and ceilings were very wel done. I highly recommend stopping here for a good bite and great esthetic.

The food was good, but everything was ever so slightly over salted, which I believe is a choice. It’s Tejano for sure. They serve tacos picadillo and put peas and carrots in the rice. Charroz beans were good. I enjoy that the complimentary salsa is actually a little spicy and not mild. Sweet tea was perfect. Drinks are cheap and big. Food big too.
There’s live music, but it was a bit awkward how they introduced it. They’ll be playing something, then cut to performer. The performers appeared to be there purely for tips because they only cut the music a few times, no actual curated repertoire or set up. Maybe I just came on freelancing amateur night; I don’t know.
Lightning is perfect. I worry about how much the waiting staff makes due to their comments about low pay, so ya’ll better tip well.
No ramp, but the doorway is level to the parking lot, so there is no need for a ramp. Seating is wheelchair accessible, with no automatic door. Wide entryway and lots of space for guests to wait.

Bummer, you get used to San Antonio Mexican restaurants and this place can’t compare to San Antonio food, service and definitely the prices. Our waitress only came once to deliver our food never came back to ask if we needed a refill etc…..the food was mediocre, I wouldn’t come back to this place. We are on a mission to find a great Mexican restaurant here in Odessa.

My cousin’s husband treated us at Ajuua’s after visiting my sister at the hospital. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining the dishes available, such as steak Tampico, nachos, and types of enchiladas. Food was prepared fresh in a timely manner. And the atmosphere was very pleasant.
