First time trying this type of food. It was okay but I don’t think I would try again. I will say they serve big portions and don’t hold back on the cheese. The service was great and the worker was helpful on explaining the dishes.

There was some cachapa on my nata . But in seriousness, I love the flavor of the cachapa. It’s been a really long time. I had one where you could feel the corn flavor. It was also pretty generous with the cheese and the nata, of course. The only thing is you need to eat outside, and depending on the heat, I can be a little overwhelming.

I can’t say enough good things about Frank Cachapas! The food is absolutely delicious and tastes super authentic, like a home cooked meal straight from Venezuela. The cachapas are perfectly sweet and buttery, filled with just the right amount of cheese and meat. I tried the shredded beef and it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor.
The staff is also really friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they care about the food they make and the people they serve. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the portions were generous for the price.
Whether you’re familiar with Venezuelan food or trying it for the first time, Frank Cachapas is 100% worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back!
